- They say Trini Christmas is the best. Mom needs fig leaves to make Trini pastelles. This off-grid adventure takes us all the way to Manacal Valley, Caura where Mr Bat is constructing something with simple tools and corrugated sheets. During the morning, Mr Sammy, a neighbour visits and we head over to Farmer Harry's house to hit him a parang. #InsideCaura

Loved the video. Really reminds me of my Xmas childhood in the country collecting, coconuts, cassava and baking by the neighbour's dirt oven. So depressing to look outside since it snowed all day. Just subscribed.
