He is one of the best singer in south korea his name is( ha Hyun woo) he is the vocalist of the band Gukkasten he participate in this show which called king of mask singer and he win and stay king for 18 weeks (he hold the record), his rang is amazing you should see all his performances in this show it will blow you away. He and hua chenyu have some similarities in the way they sing.
You just graduated into the world of Ha Hyun Woo the lead singer of indie rock psychedelic band,
Gukassten. Generally considered a top vocalist in Korea. He won x9 straight times on this show a record.
He has a rare wide range from low to high, supreme voice control, smooth transitions, big ass lung capacity, and charismatic performances. Just a world class vocalist who would be big in any country. Check out his other performances on the show especially Hayoga, Spring, and Lazenca.

He is the leader of one of famous rock group called 'guckkasten' and his name is"Hahyun-woo" in South Korean. He enjoys their own music colour and used to be very famous under-ground. Then he was invited to this "Mask singer : competition show combating with only thier voice with a cover of whole body with gawn n mask) he came popular and he is now on main stream of music.

Yes!!! Ha hyun woo!!! please more! Don' t cry is more amazing and beautiful! Guckkastens is rock group and Ha hyun woo is a singer of that team. Their songs are little bit difficult. Ha hyun woo seems to be reading a lot of psychology books. Their songs are profound and not so popular. But he is an excellent vocalist, so when he comes out to a competing show and sings popular songs, audiences are enthusiastic. The music captain was a nickname in the mask singer show.
Would say Fantastic Baby is his best one from that show, fucking hell does it show all his sides off.
I have to agree that Don't Cry was his best performance in King of Masked Singers. Hope you react to it too.

He did a show with three rockers, Lee Hong Ki, Yoon Do Hyun and someone else, I forgot his name, singing covers, the show Road to ithaca,, they sang in the street with a guitar, a drum and a kazoo, it was the best thing ever... Look for their songs they were amazing.

Haven't been following KoMS much since Hyun woo lost , but Son Seung Yeon participated too ?! What episode she was in if you don't mind me asking .
Dan Red Lee Haeri also had many wins and amazing performances if not for Sohyang being on her season she would have made it much further watch her “shot of soju” available on Vimeo or “snowflower” which I think may be on UA-cam and there was a couple more

King of Mask Singer is a South Korean singing competition program starting Celebrities. Each competition lasts for two episodes, with the singers competing one-on-one in three elimination rounds. They are given elaborate masks to wear in order to conceal their identity, thus removing factors such as popularity, career and age that could lead to prejudiced voting. In the first round, both contestants sing the same song, while in the second and third round they each sing a solo song. The winners of each pair are selected by the audience and panel of celebrities through instant live votes.
The identities of the singers are not revealed until they have been eliminated. The winner of the third round challenges the previous competition's Mask King, and is either eliminated or becomes the new Mask King.
