Zhou Guanyu. In East Asian countries, when you call someone by name, you always say their last name, before you say their first name. Zhou is his last name. His name is Guanyu.

Chinese names are traditionally Lastname-Firstname; Firstname-Lastname is the western convention
In this case, Zhou’s name in Chinese is written as 周冠宇, where 周 (zhōu) is his surname and 冠宇 (guàn yǔ) is his firstname
But they matched it to the western convention in F2 (and probably before that as well), which is why previously we hear his name read as Guanyu Zhou, it’s a similar case with Japanese drivers as well (like Yuki Tsunoda in Japanese is actually 角田裕毅 (tsunoda yūki) or Kamui Kobayashi is 小林可夢偉 (kobayashi kamui)), not sure why there’s an inconsistency there
