Honestly at this point I'm in love with exercising everyday, plus I have faith in my potential that I can exercise even with fasting, I wana reach my full potential, hope I can convince my family the same! Obviously I'm no super women and I'll listen to my body and go slow but I want the opportunity to try and see what wonders my body can do and I don't wana lose my 2 months progress, inshallah everything goes according to plan! Assalamualaikum brother. I used to weigh 110kg. I lost 30 kg by strictly following your beginner series and the all the 5 cycles of your intermediate series. Then I also gained 8 kg lean muscle by following your advanced series. Love you brother.
Exercise 5-6 days a week. I personally did a lot more weight training than cardio because I loved weight training. You should do the type of exercise you love because then only you will maintain that discipline. When it comes to food don't go too aggressive on dieting. Just try to stay in a calorific deficit. Try to minimize simple carbs such as rice and stop sugar intake. Increase your protein intake. The main thing is enjoy the process, take it slow. It took me a year to make this transformation.
@@ayeshasamreen7568 I take 160-180gm protein per day. In the morning I consume 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites. Then in the lunch I consume 200gm chicken breast in the lunch. In the dinner again I consume 200gm chicken breast. Basically I eat 1 roti and whatever is cooked in the house + 200gm chicken breast supplementary. Before sleeping, I drink half kg double toned milk. Hope this helps.
