I love Sleep, so that is the thing that i'm trying to adjust... As a developer i can see that my insomnia has got worse because of work. Great Tips!
Could you do a monthly book reading list video? I love your indications on the description box and i would like to see what you're reading and your comments in those books. Love your videos!!

This is interesting to me because I recently graduated from a boot camp and got my first dev job. So I’ve been looking for ways to keep my brain sharp. I’m planning on exercise, diet and meditation. I’ve been also looking into nootropic stacks.

Get 8/9 hours sleep. Avoid stress as much as possible, take it slower. And exercise indeed. After 27 years full out. I started to let go off the throttle.
6 years ago I got a burnout. After my little brother took his own life, I was angry and guilt ridden, wondering why I didn’t see it or pressed on asking when I felt things weren’t going his way.
And I drowned myself in my IT freelance job as well as doing VFX for two feature films on the side.
And almost two years after his death my brain literally shutdown! And I went to my doctor because I felt I would go down that path of depression and suicide too.
I figured I was really far gone, and for the first time I understood my brother. Luckily I had a great therapist and she motivated me to exercise. I was weighing 125-130KG. And eventually I lost 30KG and I started to let go of control more at work. The “fuck it not my problem, I got my things todo” attitude. Which I never had before and it’s liberating. And still my customers adore the work I do.

I absolutely agree on point number 2. I’ve experienced it myself.

I think Carl Jung was right people gradually discover hidden aspects of their own personality over time , so for different people this means that different people will want to do different things to feel healthy. Different activities for different paths of growth.
