I feel its madness if company is not utilities the subsidy amount becoz not all the other EVs cost that much. They simply bump up prices nd use the subsidy amount for further R &D . 2.5 kWh lithium ion manufacted in india means almost 37500 rs as per new FAME2 scheme
Correct. We purchased Etrance Neo in May 2021, vehicle stopped moving in September 2021. We were informed BMS issue, which is yet to resolve by Pure EV. Almost completed 20 days and no response from company. Please let us know to whom we can approach further legally on company

Build the scooters(epluto 7g) with metal body and 12" wheel. Stuff the battery pack intelligently to get bigger boot space. Also address pick up related issues while turning and starting with full load. You will go miles.
The battery department we can see they are independently working but in the design phase I can name atleast 2-3 startups that have the similar design which is of vespa

I had purchased Etrance Neo and they promised that you will get 120km in first mode, I am very happy that I got 140km and still one bar is left. Also they had provided free service for my battery they requested to give my battery to make some changes, I accepted after providing service to battery my vehicle range and performance got increased. Pure ev is providing best service after sale and really they are doing hard work to get a brand value. Good video.

Hi I purchased 7g on Oct20, pure ev battery performance are good,but body quality is very poor, seat not comfortable for 2 person,no storage space,suspension is very bad, fyber quality is very worst, you stand in ev market in future you have improve more body quality,,,,,,,,,,
If battery having 1500 life cycles then why PURE EV gives only 40000 kms warranty only? As they mentioned 1500 cycles calculate 1500 cycles life should be 150000 to 180000 right, in this case they should give atleast 80000 to 100000 kms battery warranty why this is not happend in PURE EV?
I have been using Etrance plus for last 6 months. I am quite surprised why the company is hesitating to give spacious seats. Its tough for 2 people to accomodate. Also the person who sits behind is not able to place his legs comfortably on the footrest. Apart from that the company needs to improve their service network. My last suggestion is to improve the quality of body parts. Now a days people are very conscious about the quality. Increasing 5k or 10k with better body will definitely attract more customers and improve trust in the company.

I am using 7g pluto, good at performance. Due to lockdown our dealer has delivered only bike, without additional accessories. Product wise it's good. I will add my experience later months.
What is the on road price? How many units it consume for full charge? Maintenance and service? Parts and accessories availability? Will it feel underpowered for me as I am a owner of Activa 110 and Duke 390? How is the pickup/power compared to Bajaj chetak as I test drove it and found better than activa but I found it overpriced and it is not available for purchase.
I bought this for local city drive. Office to home, if you travel 60kms around a day, then go for it. At urban city it's good at 40kms speed, smooth drive for doubles too. If you are at remote village, plan your ride if it meets 60kms to and back. At max one can travell 90 kms milage on full charge. Compared to petrol bikes, if you expect speed, above 65kmph is not a scope, this is good for daily commute, old age and women could handle it with little experience on bikes. Mostly I feel suspension is over smooth.

@@BR-rg9ib Hero electric and ampere are giving 3 yrs warranty on Battery, Motor, Charger, Controller. And all other company mostly don't dare to give 3 yrs warranty on motor, charger, controller because of its buying cost and they last for many yrs, only thing they can be damaged by individual driving skills.
You guys should also recommend Pure Ev to focus on battery designs which can give good boot space! I had experienced Etergo App Scooter in Amsterdam, it was so beautiful and even easy to carry weight upstairs! and space inside boot was marvelous! and they had given extra slot for battery insert to end range fatigue! banana shaped it's awesome! Now OLA had acquired the brand and very soon we gonna see OLA scooter! Believe me it wud be game changer! Every Ev aspiring startup should get inspiration from that design! other features like of Ather Not So Important for daily riders! Just Basic Functions with good battery design and range can be very helpful!

Atulji I am having a e trance neo vehicle And its giving good range upto 120km , If I drive in second mode it's giving 110km on highway good performance four months back purchased and I am fully satisfied but one thing I suggest to pure ev , when I drive the vehicle my total mind on battery blocks how much charge is remain left in a battery when I use to go long distance so my request is if pure ev provide extra battery pack on extra cost I am ready to purchase and this will help me for long distance journey And tension free mind , thanks

One of the question that has always been stopping me from making the leap to epluto 7g was it's battery cost. As a consumer I am going to buy the battery along with the vehicle. After the battery life ends/ degrades beyond usability, I will surely need to replace the battery which is going to cost me anywhere between 40-60% of vehicle cost. My question: 1. Is PureEV going to buy back my degraded battery? If so what would be its value? 2. Are they focusing on the battery's recycling as well along with manufacturing & research? Are they recyclable?

There’s no proper showroom to purchase e Pluto vehicle in chennai and also there’s no proper response from their website regarding the purchase you really need to put strong foot on sales and after sales in chennai
When I called the Mumbai Pure ev showroom for enquiry, I got to know the FAME II subsidy doesn't apply here as the company itself is not registered. Also, I was under the impression that buying a ev vehicle in Maharashtra will allow me to save on registration and road tax charges but to my shock the showroom guys said the registration charges are still applicable.
Bro if they will keep their prices as 1.30L and give you 30k as famell , if it's looks good then ok but I feel less price without subsidy is better 😊👍 it's pure indian

After using few days I feel boot space should be improved, shockers are not very good I don't enjoy ride in bad road,if these problems sorted it will be great product.
Great presentation But this company has a very very laid back attitude for first time dealer's who want to be associated. Very very negative approach and low fire in their belly for good growth in New Area's. Besides the ev companies don't have a set of margin sharing Based on quantity as well as not a positive approach. This is my personal experience, maybe because they are not having mass production facility. They will definitely loose out to the Chinese companies for sure in the near future because they don't understand how important it is to dump mass production which will advertise by itself . Out of sight is always out of mind. Please share us their outdated display in their products 🙏
Don't tell too much boss ...tell that you're importing 18650 cells, and Hubmotor.... Explaing the electronic(BMS, Controller) components functionality doesn't helpful, See the Germany innovation erockit ebike..this kind of innovation helpful to india. You didn't talk about Cell level fusing system, You didn't talk manufacturing about making 18650 cell because pureEv is not using these I have one battery pack from pureEV ..I have opened it, it's not even having cell level fusing system..means you're spotting with nickel strips...

I have purchased 7g last month. The company promised 60Km top speed.. but my vehicle fully charged top speed of 55km only. If change 1 point dropped top speed 50km only... Dealer says you are reached 1500km after only getting the top speed 60km.. but I'cont believe 😒😒
@@gabsave Thanks for sharing link. From all the data we received from battery makers, LFP will degrade faster at high C discharge. Unless they are the expensive LFP cells used by CATL in the Chinese Tesla cars. We need to see what DAO is using. If they are using cheap CLP cells, their battery will degrade faster. Making their own battery pack gives more control over the quality, performance, and it also adds to how the battery coordinates with the rest of the vehicle through a bus network… The aspect of localisation is something I really adore and more the localisation better the development of EV’s in the country and better for our engineering too. As far as I know only ather and Pure ev are into large scale localisation, great job!!.. I think after the BAT trio (Bajaj, ather, TVS) trio, this company stands to rock the boat. I expected ultraviolette to do that but sadly they didn’t, so wishing pure ev tons of luck for the future, excite us more and we r with u!!.. great job folks, very informative!..

Its so bouncy, when we go over a speed breaker its bounces couple of times that's so annoying everytime My scooter mirror broke while I was riding luckily I catch it before falling They should improve the quality They claimed 60kmph top speed but I never saw 60 in the speedo Max speed in speedo is 55kmph but in mobile GPS it show 50 False claim looses trust with the brand AFAIK Okinawa and pure ev are two ev scooter comes with my expectations but I don't like Okinawa scooter asthetics and the dealership attitude So I choose pure ev I do recommend pure ev to my friends only because their is no alternative in high speed variants Pure ev should improve suspension handling braking stability of the scooter..
At 11;30 min They said 1500 cycles or 3 years warranty but it's a conflict 1500 cycles into 100 km equals 1,50,000 km so why in km terms warranty actually given is 40000 km only...pls reply or if I misunderstood..pls explain
Rather than working on smart lithium ion battery packs they should work on Graphene batteries because of higher energy density & it's raw material which is graphite is available in India in a large quantities which in turn reduce their depending on Chinese lithium ion batteries.

The build quality is not that much good . That's why I have taken Etrance neo it's performance was great and we need to keep an eye with battery last 2 🔋🔋🔌 bars keep maintain only 1st mode or 2nd mode at the last stage so that I gives you the 30km to 35km Range , last 2 charging bars.

I have purchase the 7g model in Mar 2021. But there is only one outlet in Mumbai, located at Borivili. I stay in Southern Mumbai, which makes it almost impossible to get service for even a small problem - such as Turning indicator not working. It is a sincere request to PURE EV to open another outlet in South Mumbai & Eastern Mumbai if acceptability of this product is to increase.
My next vehicles would be of pure ev ..... Especially I'm looking forward to buy Scotty in coming future. Company need to advertise more 👍👍 coz very few ppl know about this company .... Build the scooters(epluto 7g) with metal body and 12" wheel. Stuff the battery pack intelligently to get bigger boot space. Also address pick up related issues while turning and starting with full load. You will go miles.

I had purchased Etrance Neo and they promised that you will get 120km in first mode, I am very happy that I got 140km and still one bar is left. Also they had provided free service for my battery they requested to give my battery to make some changes, I accepted after providing service to battery my vehicle range and performance got increased. Pure ev is providing best service after sale and really they are doing hard work to get a brand value. Good video.

If battery having 1500 life cycles then why PURE EV gives only 40000 kms warranty only? As they mentioned 1500 cycles calculate 1500 cycles life should be 150000 to 180000 right, in this case they should give atleast 80000 to 100000 kms battery warranty why this is not happend in PURE EV?

I have been using Etrance plus for last 6 months. I am quite surprised why the company is hesitating to give spacious seats. Its tough for 2 people to accomodate. Also the person who sits behind is not able to place his legs comfortably on the footrest. Apart from that the company needs to improve their service network. My last suggestion is to improve the quality of body parts. Now a days people are very conscious about the quality. Increasing 5k or 10k with better body will definitely attract more customers and improve trust in the company.

I bought this for local city drive. Office to home, if you travel 60kms around a day, then go for it. At urban city it's good at 40kms speed, smooth drive for doubles too. If you are at remote village, plan your ride if it meets 60kms to and back. At max one can travell 90 kms milage on full charge. Compared to petrol bikes, if you expect speed, above 65kmph is not a scope, this is good for daily commute, old age and women could handle it with little experience on bikes. Mostly I feel suspension is over smooth.

I had experienced Etergo App Scooter in Amsterdam, it was so beautiful and even easy to carry weight upstairs! and space inside boot was marvelous! and they had given extra slot for battery insert to end range fatigue! banana shaped it's awesome! Now OLA had acquired the brand and very soon we gonna see OLA scooter! Believe me it wud be game changer! Every Ev aspiring startup should get inspiration from that design! other features like of Ather Not So Important for daily riders! Just Basic Functions with good battery design and range can be very helpful!

If I drive in second mode it's giving 110km on highway good performance four months back purchased and I am fully satisfied but one thing I suggest to pure ev , when I drive the vehicle my total mind on battery blocks how much charge is remain left in a battery when I use to go long distance so my request is if pure ev provide extra battery pack on extra cost I am ready to purchase and this will help me for long distance journey And tension free mind , thanks

Thanks PlugInIndia for this video of factory visit. It truly helps in building trust in PureEV. One of the question that has always been stopping me from making the leap to epluto 7g was it's battery cost.
As a consumer I am going to buy the battery along with the vehicle. After the battery life ends/ degrades beyond usability, I will surely need to replace the battery which is going to cost me anywhere between 40-60% of vehicle cost.

1. Is PureEV going to buy back my degraded battery? If so what would be its value?
2. Are they focusing on the battery's recycling as well along with manufacturing & research? Are they recyclable?

When I called the Mumbai Pure ev showroom for enquiry, I got to know the FAME II subsidy doesn't apply here as the company itself is not registered. Also, I was under the impression that buying a ev vehicle in Maharashtra will allow me to save on registration and road tax charges but to my shock the showroom guys said the registration charges are still applicable.

@@pluginIndia sir I have mailed on Pure ev email id regarding FAME 2 subsidy.. but they didn't respond... they must apply for fame 2 subsidy..and even must try to enhance the range approx 180+. just waiting for fame 2 subsidy in pure ev as i want to purchase 2 scooters.

After using few days I feel boot space should be improved, shockers are not very good I don't enjoy ride in bad road,if these problems sorted it will be great product.

But this company has a very very laid back attitude for first time dealer's who want to be associated.
Very very negative approach and low fire in their belly for good growth in New Area's.
Besides the ev companies don't have a set of margin sharing Based on quantity as well as not a positive approach.
This is my personal experience, maybe because they are not having mass production facility.
They will definitely loose out to the Chinese companies for sure in the near future because they don't understand how important it is to dump mass production which will advertise by itself .

I have one battery pack from pureEV ..I have opened it, it's not even having cell level fusing system..means you're spotting with nickel strips...

Why company's models expect etrance does not show battery percentage on dashboard?
I have purchased 7g last month. The company promised 60Km top speed.. but my vehicle fully charged top speed of 55km only. If change 1 point dropped top speed 50km only... Dealer says you are reached 1500km after only getting the top speed 60km.. but I'cont believe 😒😒

Good call. But you will only get low speed scooters. As the Discharge C rates are not good with LFP cells.
But NMC is not bad if well engineered

@@gabsave Thanks for sharing link. From all the data we received from battery makers, LFP will degrade faster at high C discharge. Unless they are the expensive LFP cells used by CATL in the Chinese Tesla cars.
We need to see what DAO is using. If they are using cheap CLP cells, their battery will degrade faster.

The aspect of localisation is something I really adore and more the localisation better the development of EV’s in the country and better for our engineering too. As far as I know only ather and Pure ev are into large scale localisation, great job!!..

They should work more on suspension, its the worst suspension I have rode or heard of..
Its so bouncy, when we go over a speed breaker its bounces couple of times that's so annoying everytime
My scooter mirror broke while I was riding luckily I catch it before falling

They claimed 60kmph top speed but I never saw 60 in the speedo
Max speed in speedo is 55kmph but in mobile GPS it show 50

AFAIK Okinawa and pure ev are two ev scooter comes with my expectations but I don't like Okinawa scooter asthetics and the dealership attitude

equals 1,50,000 km

Rather than working on smart lithium ion battery packs they should work on Graphene batteries because of higher energy density & it's raw material which is graphite is available in India in a large quantities which in turn reduce their depending on Chinese lithium ion batteries.
Amazing video. More like a audit of their process. Wish groups like reliance or tata start manufacturing the cells in India instead of wasting billions of dollars in buying foreign companies and transferring jobs and capital abroad.

Pure evscooters , very comfortable for ladies . I'm using epluto from last 6 months it's great as of now zero complaints.
I am not fully satisfied with the 7G I purchased in Feb'21. The performance is good, the range is okay but the fits and finish what I get in my scooter is not acceptable. If PureEv is reading this then please help to connect so that I can explain in detail
The build quality is not that much good .
That's why I have taken Etrance neo it's performance was great and we need to keep an eye with battery last 2 🔋🔋🔌 bars keep maintain only 1st mode or 2nd mode at the last stage so that I gives you the 30km to 35km Range , last 2 charging bars.

I have purchase the 7g model in Mar 2021. But there is only one outlet in Mumbai, located at Borivili. I stay in Southern Mumbai, which makes it almost impossible to get service for even a small problem - such as Turning indicator not working. It is a sincere request to PURE EV to open another outlet in South Mumbai & Eastern Mumbai if acceptability of this product is to increase.

Run from Pure. Multiple dealerships closing, in Pune 3-4 dealers closed. Nobody supporting I'm service. Company does not have any stability. I've given away pure and bought Magnus Pro. Much better design, good comfort and actuall fame 2 subsidy unlike these lying scum bags called Pure.

They should research on suspension especially backone , one of my friends complained having backache after 5 months of usage,if they work on suspension and stability they will become top 2 ev company in india also the seat seems soft so they should make it moderate as it also having some elastic action to the rider like conventional ice bikes
The design is Chinese so they can't do anything. PURE is just and assembler.
