McJesus resurrecting a team down 0-3 to win the cup would be put in the top moments of professional sports history, unlikely but if there’s a team to do it it would be the team that started 2-9-1 and been down in 3/4 playoff series.
Don’t forget the Oilers outplayed the Panthers in Game 1, 3, 4, 5. Game 1 Bob stole the win. Game 3 the Oilers D gave away the puck 4 times in the slot that cost them 4 goals. Other than that the Oilers brought more pressure and overall has been the better team.
tell me you're Canadian without saying you're Canadian, Steve Nash isn't a good comparison what's so ever, he was great, he wasn't goat great like McDavid. joker, Jordan, LeBron, etc !! these players would be much better to use as a comparison !!
@@joshsimpson1758 Joker? 😂 You’re high with that take. If Joker had to face real big men like they had pre NBA soft era he’d get his lunch taken. And I like Joker. But he’s the beneficiary of the softest big man era in NBA history.
Would rather hear Mark Messier talk and analyze he has twice the experience PK has and how many cups has he won I'm sure hill be with Paul Coffee and Gretzky if he is there pretty sure he would be
McDavid is the most spectacular player. To become the “best” or “greatest” player requires him to “will” his teammates to the summit. Almost there and lots of hope he gets there. Would be a spectacular story for the ages. But PK: did you stop to think that #29 may be playing through an undisclosed injury? And can’t you show a little more respect for the interview and the show than showing up in a bathrobe and spending the first two minutes dwelling on yourself and hyping the hotel’s bathrobes. Very self absorbed. We get it: you love the Florida players whom you reference player by player, the coach, the team etc etc. You’re really only pumping your own tires and your connections to that area; subjectively infused opinions and lack of objectivity make you look like Stan Fischler who endlessly hyped the Islanders and Trottier over Gretzky in no small part bc he was writing for the Hockey News and based in NY. And you dot need to answer a question with a five minute essay.
Michael Jordan is a household global name for ALL ages. Gretzky is the only NHL player who matches that. McDavid is the Lebron James of Hockey, he's not the Jordan... yet.
I am tired of the Michael Jordan comparisons. Gretzky has between 12-16 more NHL records, than Michael Jordan has NBA records. Americans need to get over Jordan, hes not even kind to people. Jordan cannot even carry Gretzky's, Marios, or Bobby Orr's Jockstrap😊
@@Dawg476 so fuck south Florida right?? Is that what the nhl going to do to us down here? Then relocate the team as a thanks for your time? If that’s the case give them the cup why bother putting us through this crap
@@Rellx305 Not even remotely, all I’m saying is a guy nicknamed McJesus resurrecting a team from the dead to win the cup down 0-3 would be amongst the greatest moments in sports history. I wanted Florida to win the cup last season but this undoubtedly would be the most legendary performance ever.
@@Dawg476 the difference between us and Edmonton is we never EVER had a legend in hockey(Roberto Luongo is our only player at the moment with a jersey retired). Second! McDavid is the best hockey player at this point that has ever lived but uh Michael Jordan is the closest thing to the Gretzky of basketball lmao what a ridiculous thing to say. There’s been one near that level of greatness in hockey or maybe sports since.
PK what are you doing, your in red neck Alberta. You should be in Dalles cheering for the Stars, thought they were beating the Oilers. You turn coat, cheering for McDavid, turn coat

if drai plays like drai its happening
PK's opinion changes depending on which way the wind blows
1000% cant stand him no fkn clue
PK's tune sure changes quickly 😅 Maybe do some actual analysis instead of just pumping the tires of whoever won
Yeah, he flip flops so much. Most of the time he’s an oilers hater imo
He played the game to such a high level that he must know the game, no doubt. His problem is a woeful lack of objectivity.
Maybe he could have changed into an outfit too
Are people not allowed to change their opinion based on new information?
Game 1 could have been a blow out for oilers but BB stoped it and now he can't stop it
Any team in the must win game are the toughest teams to play and win against

Its interesting watching Panther analysts go from saying they'd sweep to being worried about the series. you're up 3-2, relax bros.
Mcdavid the Steve Nash of Hockey. That play reminded me of Allen Iverson crossover or mJ's 1991 switching hands layup
McDavid is way better at hockey than Steve Nash was at basketball

Oilers died, 3 games later, they rose. Thanks to McJesus.

Connor McDavid is the best athlete on the planet and I would happily debate that with anyone.
Did Roy opt out of this discussion?
If Dan wants to stand he needs a taller desk lol
I think PK has a crush on someone and she ain't taking it. Grose.

Leon draisaitl did in fact show up.

Reversing everything he's said, devalues his opinions.

Weird to see Pk talk with sense
Subban's opinions are ridiculous about Barkov. Very obviously bias because he likes him personally

The NHL needs the Oilers to win for viewing purposes and plot lines. This would go down as the greatest comeback in professional sports history.
