My system has 16 stations but only can be programmed up to 8 stations. Already went manual and got 15 minutes each one but when trying to adjust the time it only give me up to 8 and jumps back to 1 again, why can't go 9 to 16 ?
Howdy Jesus. It sounds like your controller might not be recognizing the module that runs 9 to 16. You can try removing the battery, pushing the reset button on the back of the panel to see if that resets it. Could also be the module 9-16 is faulty. If those don't work Hunter Industries tech help hotline might have something for you their number should be on their website. Hope this helps! Justin

I thought I had everything set correctly and I set it in the same method that you did but came home one afternoon and the front sprinklers were running. When I looked at the controller it said it was running zone 19. I am confused. I do not like the system! I would love to get rid of it. Or find out how to turn off those extra zones.
Scotty sorry you’re having trouble. The controller has multiple programs such as a, b, c. You’ve got something hidden on one of those triggering that station 19. If you only want to use program A I’d recommend removing all the start times from the other programs. Hope this helps.
Hi Larry. The ICC comes with 8 stations and has either 4 or 8 station expansion modules that can be added up to 32 on plastic cabinets. If my memory serves the metal cabinets go up to 48. My best guess is that the controller isn't recognizing your second module. I'd recommend removing the back up battery then performing a reset (see manual or hunters website). If that doesn't bring you back online your probably dealing with a faulty module. Hunter tech support is solid if you need to call them. Thanks! PS hard reset is probably hold PGM, right arrow, minus keys while pushing reset on back panel. When sucesfull all the programming will be wiped.
Why station 3 to said USED? I have the same on station for which is for my front lawn. When it gets to station 4 it just stops I don't know how to take the word ESED? Anybody knows?
Hi Roberto. Your controller has multiple programs (A, B, C, D). When a station displays used that means that the station is programed on another program. Adjusting that station run time on the other program to zero will keep that from happening. Hunter has a terrific tech support line that can help you with a step by step on the programming if you need. Best of luck. Justin
Great video. Any idea how to fix an error code with no station indicating where the problem is? It just says err and nothing else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Jimmy. These can throw those when the controller is going out. Be sure to check the cable that connects the back of the panel to the power module sometimes it’s loose. If that doesn’t solve it may be time to start thinking of replacing.
I'm not liking having to use this icc. On the "used" for a station. Is this only relating to program D? It seems I get "used" even when I check and this station doesn't have run time in any other program. Why wouldn't a controller let you run a station on multiple programs. It at least it should say used in prog abc or d. I change a program to water 1 minute per zone for va test. When I run the test some zones run longer than 1 minute. Like 4 or 5. Then when I look at this program later it has some stations on 21 minutes. It like it is remembering an old program. There isn't a 9v battery in. I will add a battery and keep messing with it. It maybe a bad controller. I see they have upgrade kits to icc2 for 165$. Saying is has better voltage protection. Like they know it's a crappy controller. We will be going with a wifi like rainbird as soon as I figure out the wiring troubles with the 31 valves in 4 boxes. It appears there have some ground wires cut and 2 or 3 prior attempts to fix this system. Including a battery controller, and then maybe a new wire run with a separate 8 station controller. Most likely some stations are hooked up to both controllers.

I recommend using the same terminology as the Hunter ICC when referring to the stations, not "zones" or "sections".

My controller runs fine except that instead of stopping it just starts over running through the cycle. Suggestions?
Hi Randy. Check how many program start times you have. You only want one unless you want it to cycle more than once. Hope that helps.
