Almost every video I see the comment of “your videos are so relaxing compared to others”
And I can’t disagree, I am in love with the simplicity of each video. No music, no yelling and screaming over a 3lb bass, no bullshit.
Fishing is about the experience, and the escape from the modern day hustle. Nature is beautiful. I think your videos express that perfectly. Thank you. 💯❤️

okay, you have to understand who catches and releases and how frequent it is fished. if the spot is frequently fished and everyone filets the fish after the fish, then there is going to be very little fish in that spot, if there are they are very small. if you find a spot that is fished rarely or frequently and released, there are plenty and a lot of them. for example I could go to a very small pond and throw a spinner bait and catch a small mouth every fucking throw and toss it back. or i could go to a huge ass lake that is fished a shit load and not even catch a blue gill or even have a bite.

So far this fall my Rapala X-RAP Magnum 20 in the Redhead color has been putting some nice Pike in my freezer. Money well spent. 😁

I do love a nice single, barbless hook for pike. When they thrash like maniacs in the net half the time they unhook themselves. Looks like you had a great time on that lake

Matt, I muskie fish in a spot right next to the interstate. It's above me instead of at eye level, but I can catch glimpses of big trucks going by.
With all the Esox fishing you've been doing I'm surprised you're not out there with a mojo musky.

Great day, good Pike, and a show for the travel folk. Thanks. I'm in the DC area, you want to talk about rush hour traffic 🤣😂😛. But I have spots right on the beltway that constantly produce.

I travel I94 across ND about 6 times a year and have always wondered if that body of water holds fish. I've never seen any boats out there so I figured it's 3 ft deep, freezes solid and winter kills everything. A lot of days are big wind and big white caps too. Well now I know! 👍
