Gain Power & Control In Every Tennis Stroke (Quickly Improve Your Game)
    1. Forehand - 2-1-2 technique
    2. Two Handed Backhand - Take racket back before the ball bounces
    3. One Handed Backhand - Keep two hands on the racket for longer than you think you should
    4. Slice Backhand - Turn your grip slightly past where you normally do so you can square up your racket more at contact
    5. Volley - Set racket where the ball will arrive
    6. Overhead - Turn with both hands, reach up, reach out, tuck arm against body as you hit
    7. Serve - Pronate with racket moving to the inside of the hand instead of straight over it

    You got this!

Thank you for the practice at home videos - would love to see more of them, as we can’t always get on court to play!

I used to have no confidence with my single-handed topspin backhand. That is until I followed your awesome tip.

Great Serve Tip: Racket to the inside of your hand at impact. THANKS!

Serve motion is a combination of movements but the most important one is the shoulder internal rotation, which is the movement he does in the video

You shouldn't catch your racket in the end. You're just stopping the fluidity, momentum and follow through of the racket. You control power with topspin and not by catching. 90% of the players don't catch the racket. Just watch it yourself. 😏
