Along a city street, a street vendor enhances the properties of his goods: a very powerful glue capable of repairing any object. People begin to crowd in front of his banquet, until the shouts of the crowd attract the attention of two gendarmes who rush to drive people away. Furious because of the damage received, the trader decides to take revenge on the two policemen, but his plan ends up overwhelming him too in a disastrous way.
