I am in Michigan in the US. I got some really great photos last night. I didn't have time to look up proper settings so just took my chances on what my camera was set to. Picked up a lot of pinks and purples I couldn't see with the naked eye.

Thanks for your endeavours with photographing the aurora Stephen. I remain in hope of capturing the display this season as the solar cycle becomes increasingly favourable but cloud does its very best to spoil any attempt. My feeling is that should the Second Coming happen I don't think we would witness it here in Nottingham. 😅
