Now, how does the world enact these clarifications??? Can we entrust the UN to do it? and how? They have no police force to do so, per say. What about NATO ? What a great feeling to see the selfless, brave and outstanding Francesca on the podcast! iThis has to be an episode worth revisiting, if only because I didn’t have my pen and paper to jot down notes. For a short interview, and thanks to the deep-think questions fielded, I get that sabr (patience) is still key to reaping the worthy rewards of doing the hard work. There’s the pointed criticism of Arab leadership (lack of) for failing the ummah’s demands for Palestinian-cause solidarity. And Francesca’s challenge for young Muslims on what they can do, facing overwhelming pessimism is just what we all need to stay the cause. An inspiring episode on so many levels.
