Can you tell me if Foxit PDF Editor has a "Zoom Window" or "Zoom to Selected Area" tool? Adobe PDF and Adobe Pro has this and it is extremely handy when working with larges area files. I look forward to your reply.
Actually yes! It's under "Comment", you'll see "Symbols" that has check mark, x shapes, and a bunch of others. We also have "Stamps" if you want something a little bigger and more visible (also under the "Comment" tab).
@@foxitedu Can you help me? I made a custom stamp but when i stamp it, the white background is invisible. I want it to be solid white and in the picture I used it was solid white. How do I make the custom stamp solid in the background colour? Also how do I set a size of the stamp when I first click the custom stamp foxit makes it way bigger than the original jpg. Thanks!
For the stamp size, when you go to place your stamp, hold the mouse button down instead of clicking, and drag your mouse to the size you want the stamp to be. You can also resize a stamp after placing it by grabbing a corner. As for the image... wow, I just tried it myself, and you're right. Even with a solid color JPEG, it's clipping the background out. I never noticed that before. You've truly stumped me. We have a community user forum that the developers like to frequent. Would you mind putting it there so they can see it? I'm really curious to know too. kb.foxit.com/hc/en-us/community/topics
We switched from Adobe to Foxit. Adobe has priced its product to a point that it's unaffordable to a small business that needs multiple licenses. Foxit's menus are easier to navigate than Adobe. The only thing I miss from Adobe is the ability to do a one-click rotate (and mark for deletion) from the page preview section.
Nearly all software companies have adopted the subscription model because new versions come out every 10-14 months, and this ensures you always have the latest version (with the latest features and the latest security fixes). It's also more affordable. But we do still have the perpetual license for those who prefer to buy it once and own it, and we even offer a support package that includes upgrades! We're pretty flexible like that.
I'm not sure there is any software out there that's not an annual renewal of some kind. Like, I use Affinity, and that's a one-and-done. But then a year later, Affinity Version 2 came out, and I had to buy the upgrade. Pretty sure Affinity 3 is on the way, and I'll have to pay for that upgrade too because I'll want the new features.
Adobe is now USD19.99/mo. FoxitPDF is looking very promising as a replacement. I’m not a pro user so your “PDF Editor Suite for Individuals 2023” is great for me and only USD12.83/mo.
Nice content, however, you are promoting to many communication specialists, you perhaps want to rerecord this video. Please count the number of times you say Um, er repeat words unnecessarily, if you are going for a "mates" conversation, rather than a professional video, you have done well. Otherwise remove the um, err and repeats.
Thanks. Have been searching for best PDF editor past 3 days and your video just helped me make up my mind!
Yay! This makes our day! Thanks!

@@foxitedu Would you be able to post it for me? Thanks so much.
As a member of the legal profession, we use Adobe Acrobat almost daily. Can you confirm whether it provides bates stamping or footnotes?
Yes, Foxit has bates numbering. You can learn more here: www.foxit.com/blog/how-to-add-bates-numbering-in-pdfs/ or try yourself with a free trial!
I use Indigo PDF because it's completely free and seems to have the most features.

We're glad you find Foxit easy to use! We hear you on this feature and will send a message to our development team 🙌
Have you guys gone to an annual renewal fee model like Microsoft? Why!

PDF-XChange is better that Foxit for individuals user
I Agree! IMO PDF-XChange is the next best thing closer to Adobe Acrobat.
