    A vibrating base would help that concrete settle.

    Thanks for an illuminiting video! I'm looking to make blocks like yours, spaced about 1.5 meters apart, along a perimeter to prevent out of control cars from entering. But, I was looking at making a more decorative face, like a totem or tiki, or similar. Please, would you suggest a resource, or perhaps detail how I could make such a cosmetic insert with using with your forms?

    How much do the blocks way weigh after finishing?

    • @blockmoulds
      @blockmoulds  9 місяців тому

      It really depends on the block size. For instance, 120x60x60cm block weights 1037kg and 160x80x80cm block 2458kg. Luckily, we also provide lifting equipment to easily handle such weights 💪

    Hi, have you got a mechanic solution for the mould oppening? Cause with time, my employees have serious back problems. We make 20 Blocks by day

      Great strides in robotics. Might want to investigate for that purpose. Well worth the investment as it would work 24 hours a day without back problems.

      It´s made of steel, corners are hot-dip galvanized. We also use (one of) the thickest materials on the market to make it durable 💪

      No need those blocks are 2 foot by 4 foot , if your going to build a house on top , you could put in a cage but these are retaining wall blocks.

      No rebar. Can be easily recycled again when damaged.

      Majid Almualla 20mm stone 2 1/2 buckets, coarse sand 2 1/2 bucket , 1 bucket of cement. That’s about 25mpa . So 5 to 1 ratio .Water will determine the strength start of with half the volume of cement used then adjust , don’t go to wet . Heaps of different scenarios but this is a start. Good luck.
