One of your best demos. Fine playing and tone. I'm curious about these pickups. The only strats I've had with noiseless pickups have ither been actives, or some very overpowered Duncan stacks which I hated. They were stiff and toneless. I think the lower output Duncan stacks are better, like their classics, or DiMarzio's Area set or their HS-3 set. They have more natural string vibration which is part of the strat mystique. You lose that with high output pups with strong magnetic pull.

Got the Mojotone 58 quiet coils hot bridge loaded pick guard (8 hole parchment )in my cart... listed on site as not having a treble bleed installed but needing one for rolling off volume and not losing top end ? Didn’t seem to be a problem..sweet !!
Christopher, what are your favorite stacked and active strat pups? I've see you test out the Fishman set as well which was awesome. I still haven tried the set myself.

The same software you use for your videos or are you using physical amplifiers. If so, which ones ? I remember you had a pretty sweet sounding Blackstar Silverline at one point. I am considering a solid state amp as I don't want maintenance and hassle of tube amps anymore. Thanks !
My current live rig is a line 6 "POD Go" pedal, feeding into a "Tone Block 202" by Quilter labs, out to a Marshall 4x12 cab. I love not dealing with the hassles of a tube amp.
Mojotone Quiet Coils are the Holy Grail of noiseless Strat replacement pick-ups imo, no doubt. They sound fabulous in your pink Strat. Have you thought of putting them in your Strandberg Boden Classic or are you still happy with the SDs?
I just ordered same Mojo Tone 58. I can't find anywhere...Does it come with treble bleed? Any advices since you had a chance to use it for some time now. Is it true that pickups needs to be a bit higher as some others stated ? Thanks .P.S. I am doing almost same thing to my Polar White Player strat. I opted to deck the bridge and block.
The pre wired pick guard comes with treble bleed yes and a blender pot a believe sorta like the early teles or broadcasters I dont remember which but you get my point.

Hi. I ordered the mojotone 58 quiet coil with hot bridge pickguard. Did you have any problem with volume difference between clean and drive presets? When I change to a clean preset there is a loss of gain in about -6db
@@ChrisTompkins-Music-And-Gear I Use directly to an Helix floor. It doesn't happen with the other guitars or the previous pickguard. I've already increased a lot the volume at the clean preset but I don't feel the same "punch" as in drive presets

Also why are the Elite strat pickups grounded to the tone pot and not the Volume pot like most other strats? I saw a few diagrams and realized that the old Deluxe without S1 with N3 pups were grounded to the Volume pot. Is the reason to ground to the (1st tone pot) because the Volume pot has S1 switch circuit on it?

Never had any problem like that. A preset cannot affect a pickups output.

Sure. As long as you keep the S1 switch wired up.
