It's great seeing people talk about this! The anime is very underrated in my opinion. Little moments like Ichika saying how she doesn't want her brother to shoulder the weight of the world alone and Yami saying how he wants to be able to actually protect her now instead of just help her deal with the aftermath of disaster aren't things you get in every story. In fact, I've seen plenty where they just rush through the emotions, but these are the ways that I've grown to care so much for these characters. I love the action too, but getting to know them makes me root even harder for their victories.

The light speed thing was definitely wierd considering all the stuff they’ve fought And ya that attack was crazy but was most likely just high speed clashes and combos Anime is gonna have a hard time adapting that panel lol
depends on the user actually. we have seen alot of light magic users in the series. not everyone has the same amount of output . kings light magic is for show and slow. before that attack yami deflect morgens light beam but later on got surprised and said that it was light speed . obviously theres a output difference. And all the paladins have devil powers so yeah that boosted his light magic.
@@apocrypha5062have you read act 3 or act 4 of the black clover manga, I'm pretty sure if you read it you'd see multiple times that characters have been stated to be light speed and their actual movement and attack speed

Tho it make sense to have this fight next since it's about family, lost of loved ones, the broken past, sins/burdens one has etc...just like Noelle's fight with her siblings against their mother. Also I wonder who created that Yami clan's Demon pill to begin with even tho know could control this power when using it?

I feel like the next fight we see is William and Charlotte & Gordon vs their Lucius clones, Then will be Gauche and his sister, with Rill fighting their Clone, Next Grey and Vanessa vs their clone, then Black Bulls that help Yuno and Asta get away that being Nero, Zora, Charmy, Finral vs their clones. I believe this cause of chapter 370 pg 11-13 since its the chapter the Black Bulls appear and show their match ups.
