Lucius’ clone 1v6ing the previous wizard kings reminds me of Madara’s disrespect towards the kages when he said if they would like him to use susano or not with Lucius telling them would they like him to use his paladin form.
I liked the fact that Jester, Edward and Princia were finally going all out in the end but got cut short because the resurrection spell got undone which shows that the wizard king title is just not given to anyone. These are pretty big footsteps Asta's tripping in. Everyone of them forged their own legend. I hope there'll be some exclusive story to each of them when Tabata is finished with the manga.
I think jester was my favourite out of all the wizard kings. I mean, no one in the anime world can expect a barrier magic user to be this strong. It's the way he uses his barriers so creatively for both defense and incredible offense, makes him stand out more among all the wizard kings. He actually proves the phrase "The best defense is a good offense".
I honestly think that the first wizard king being the weakest is a good thing, It actually plays into the theme of the new generation surpassing the last, alot of mangas have that theme, But they screw It up, But the bc manga does It Well.

I think my favorite of the Four is Edward mainly because he's pretty direct when it come to fighting and seems like he tries to shut things down quickly as opposed to dragging it out like Jester or Princia. Plus I like how his Ice Magic has a nice spin on it with the Religious Theme and the fact the guy froze a damn Volcano area. Plus given what he says he could've won the fight if he'd gotten serious.
This is a complete shot in the dark but I think that the strongest wizard King will be the most recent because of the magic knights overall getting stronger as the generations go on I don't have any proof for that but I think it's a reasonable guess.

For example the Heart Kingdom sticks to old magics, yet the guardians are pretty powerful themselves. Also mages who lived during war times like Princia or Jester are bound to be more skilled combattants.
You said it yourself "the generations go on". On the one hand Asta as the 29th wizard king will probably be the strongest even outside the clover kingdom but it's a common trend in Shonen that the new generation surpasses the previous ones. On the other hand it should be clear that the story won't imply the uprising of a 30th wizard king so we'll never know if there'll be someone that can surpass the main cast in the future.

Lumiere died a premature death before reaching his peak which is ironic for someone that had a 4 leaf. We see how crazy yuno levels up and then how crazy naught is one tapping jack with light magic, if lumiere was given enough time he would have been several times over naught and a fatal counter to Lucius time magic

Light by default is faster and is offense oriented. There is a reason both 4 leaf light magic users are dead/nerfed and thats cause tabata knows the magic attribute is OP.

If Princia can just keep on multiplying her power by multiplying her soldiers and fusing it to her, and Mereoleona with Hellfire Incarnate's power just keeps on exponentially getting stronger as time passes, this means that they'll just keep on getting stronger the more they fight thus they're in an infinite state of one upping each other, making it an endless stalemate. If the title of Wizard King is based on not just merit but who is currently the strongest in the kingdom, wouldn't it make sense that since Mereoleona is a Grand Magic Knight, she'd be appointed as the next wizard king before Yuno and Asta even has a shot since they're still in the next generation, even if Yuno is already appointed as the Captain of The Golden Dawn, it would make sense to appoint the senior first who is currently the strongest in her generation.
I'm sure if she was offered the position, she would deny it outright. She is a fighter at heart. And I doubt she would be caught dead behind a desk. Kinda the antithesis of Tsunade in that way.

I think that it is very hard to scale the wizard kings specifically present in the movie. They all had different reasons or implications on why they performed the way they did and that they are at the same tier of wizard king. That's why for my wizard king ranking I based it on mostly hax and their abilities on how they would fare against one another and how dominating they would be in combat generally. 1. Lucius 2. Julius 3. Conrad 4. Edward 5. Princia 6. Jester

so if you say the sword “supplying the wizard kings with magic power” more means it gives them infinite stamina to draw from but doesnt really buff their attacks, shouldnt that logic be inversely used for the captains that fought jester as well? it drained them of their stamina, so that would mean the spells they used on jester were just as strong as they normally would be, the captains just cant fight long because they are low on mana/stamina. i thought of it similar to a video game. if your mana is low, the fireball spell is still gonna do the same damage, you just cant cast as many. i still agree with the overall conclusion of him in last place for sure, but i believe the gap between him and the others isn’t so massive.
Technically, if you inverse the logic it would mean the captains are weaker. In Black Clover, if you lose magic power you become weaker, slower, etc. So if the captains are drained of a lot of their magic power they are far weaker. This is consistently shown when we see magic power increase and decrease with other mages. When the elves reincarnated, the humans had far higher magic power and all of their stats were buffed. Ladros absorbed the power of the spirit and became faster and stronger. More magic power = Higher Stats. Whereas Dante had his power cut in half against Magna, and thus became weaker and slower. When Damnatio balances magic power they become weaker. Less Magic Power = Lower Stats.

Does it mean that: More mana = higher stats, higher output, and stronger overall, or More mana = simply a larger mana pool, but your stats remain the same overall and your output unchanged? This means that if Conrad's Magic Power is 10, and he launches a spell that brings his power down to a 9.5, he will be brought back to 10 thanks to the sword. If he didn't have the sword then he'd only be at 95% Power or 95% of his stats. More Mana in Black Clover is consistently shown to increase all stats.
the problem saying that the captains aren’t at maximum magic is that they likely still be using the same amount of magic even when they don’t have most of it because even when you use a maximum power attack you don’t use all your magic
Idc about them having less magic because first they still are the top three wizard mages. And all them should be realtive to wizard king level. While the whole point of the show is surpassing your limits. Yami Deadass suprass his limits in every fight, so why is it different here. He was tired fighting dante but get stronger as the fight progress, its a common theme of the anime. Nozel in the elf arc almost died and came back to beat dark Patry. Fuegolon legit get jumpe , loses his arm, gets in a coma. And Wakes up stronger with a fire sprit. So I think the low mana, is just a stupid excuse to downplay jester. Asta legit get stronger almost like every fight after being tired and getting beaten up. Like When he fought Lucfier, dante, vetto and Litch. It almost like yall forget the show yall watching. These captins can come back from near death stronger, but can't from low mana?

Watch my video on Julius. There is no mental gymnastics. In the canon light novel he blitzes Nozel, and that’s the day before the elf arc. Meaning that Julius Speed > Dark Elf Patry. There are many feats and justifications I left out of this video because it would be too long to explain.

You have one anti-feat for Julius vs many feats and statements that scale him far higher. I just realized another black Clover hole Yuno has a second soul, but that second soul is a hybrid of a human and an elf meaning that that second soul has two types of magic what if Yuno awakened only the soul humans' magic but not the second soul elven magic side yet. You need to make a discussion about that because a lot of people didn't come up with that type of thought before. An example Charmy is a hybrid he can use two types of magic but Yuno's second soul has elven blood and human running in its veins too.

That ancient demon lumiere fought Is weaker than the other 2 It wouldn't make sense narratively For those 2 to be weaker or at the same Power Plus there are multiple statements that make lumiere 1 of the weaker characters now Also The person that transformed into the original ancient demon was Severely low on Magic power Besides even if that was the case They have better feets than him
Please make a video making a theory about what Julius’s true magic type given that his time magic came from Astaroth and soul magic is specific to the soul of Lucius inside Julius we never actually learned what Julius’s magic type was and I am very intrigued to even speculate about it.
Watching this at the first time, I really thought the show could've ended with zagred's defeat, I mean from the story of the anime the intro it tells "how the first magic emperor defeated the big demon", I mean that was all the plot, it was like kurama invading konoha then after all this time we discover obito was the mastermind, then if you notice the intro changes in season 3 and introduce "Asta's journey to become the magic emperor"
So when it comes to saying Conrad can’t scale to anyone higher on the list due to the Lucifero statement, can’t that statement be taken in different ways. All he said was his power was the strongest in the world and not something like of all time etc, as the statement can still be true as anyone who was stronger is dead this can include Conrad as he is dead by this time in the story. The reconfirming from Lucius would still make sense because again he said the the world, which could just mean as of this time frame which Lucius wouldn’t need to argue as its technically true for the time. The statement and all other statements where also made before the movie which means they could also no longer apply or can’t be used as they can now just be outdated at least when compared to things within the movie. There might be more that I’m missing but from watching a stream of yours you use this statement to say Conrad physically can’t scale to anything higher then Lucifero, when I think it doesn’t really give enough evidence to support that.

Jokes aside Lucius is dozens of levels above everyone at this point the only people I'm seeing combating Lucius in the final battle would be characters like Yuno, Asta and Noelle plus other top tiers like Yami, Nacht and Ryudo Ryuya. Obviously other characters could be included but I'm only thinking of the top tiers that we currently know are above everyone else.

Listen here, I might be on that Jester hype train. I might overestimate probably far more than I should. But I don't care he's my "uh-hu" boy. Also Princia's soldier are weak af, the only thing that make them truly dangerous in my opinion is their number which is limited by Princia's mana supplies. So in reality she is the second one after Conrad who received the biggest boost from the Imperial sword. Jester's limitation seems to come more from his mana output rather than supplies. Even with infinite mana he couldn't unleash his full power while maintaining his barrier. I still think Princia is stronger overall, but I think she is a bit overhyped too.

If Princia can just keep on multiplying her power by multiplying her soldiers and fusing it to her, and Mereoleona with Hellfire Incarnate's power just keeps on exponentially getting stronger as time passes, this means that they'll just keep on getting stronger the more they fight thus they're in an infinite state of one upping each other, making it an endless stalemate.
If the title of Wizard King is based on not just merit but who is currently the strongest in the kingdom, wouldn't it make sense that since Mereoleona is a Grand Magic Knight, she'd be appointed as the next wizard king before Yuno and Asta even has a shot since they're still in the next generation, even if Yuno is already appointed as the Captain of The Golden Dawn, it would make sense to appoint the senior first who is currently the strongest in her generation.

I think that it is very hard to scale the wizard kings specifically present in the movie. They all had different reasons or implications on why they performed the way they did and that they are at the same tier of wizard king. That's why for my wizard king ranking I based it on mostly hax and their abilities on how they would fare against one another and how dominating they would be in combat generally.

so if you say the sword “supplying the wizard kings with magic power” more means it gives them infinite stamina to draw from but doesnt really buff their attacks, shouldnt that logic be inversely used for the captains that fought jester as well?
it drained them of their stamina, so that would mean the spells they used on jester were just as strong as they normally would be, the captains just cant fight long because they are low on mana/stamina. i thought of it similar to a video game. if your mana is low, the fireball spell is still gonna do the same damage, you just cant cast as many.
i still agree with the overall conclusion of him in last place for sure, but i believe the gap between him and the others isn’t so massive.
Technically, if you inverse the logic it would mean the captains are weaker. In Black Clover, if you lose magic power you become weaker, slower, etc. So if the captains are drained of a lot of their magic power they are far weaker.
This is consistently shown when we see magic power increase and decrease with other mages. When the elves reincarnated, the humans had far higher magic power and all of their stats were buffed. Ladros absorbed the power of the spirit and became faster and stronger.
More magic power = Higher Stats.
Whereas Dante had his power cut in half against Magna, and thus became weaker and slower. When Damnatio balances magic power they become weaker.
Less Magic Power = Lower Stats.

I said in the video, "It's just giving them infinite stamina that's always replenishing from the sword."
This means that if Conrad's Magic Power is 10, and he launches a spell that brings his power down to a 9.5, he will be brought back to 10 thanks to the sword. If he didn't have the sword then he'd only be at 95% Power or 95% of his stats.
More Mana in Black Clover is consistently shown to increase all stats.
My favorite WK is Lucius. I *love* his idea of world peace, but not his *violent* method.

the problem saying that the captains aren’t at maximum magic is that they likely still be using the same amount of magic even when they don’t have most of it because even when you use a maximum power attack you don’t use all your magic

Idc about them having less magic because first they still are the top three wizard mages. And all them should be realtive to wizard king level. While the whole point of the show is surpassing your limits. Yami Deadass suprass his limits in every fight, so why is it different here. He was tired fighting dante but get stronger as the fight progress, its a common theme of the anime. Nozel in the elf arc almost died and came back to beat dark Patry. Fuegolon legit get jumpe , loses his arm, gets in a coma. And Wakes up stronger with a fire sprit. So I think the low mana, is just a stupid excuse to downplay jester. Asta legit get stronger almost like every fight after being tired and getting beaten up. Like When he fought Lucfier, dante, vetto and Litch. It almost like yall forget the show yall watching. These captins can come back from near death stronger, but can't from low mana?

I didn’t watch the entire series or movie or manga, but yeah it makes sense why lemiel isn’t the strongest wizard king (probably the weakest). He never “earned” or “worked” for the title, plus was the first one, so obviously each generation would become stronger over time. BUT my argument is that he could have been the strongest or never been “replaced” had he not “died” so soon. From my understanding or assumption, most wizard kings become wizard kings in their 30s and 40s. Of course there are some exceptions but still

Watch my video on Julius. There is no mental gymnastics. In the canon light novel he blitzes Nozel, and that’s the day before the elf arc. Meaning that Julius Speed > Dark Elf Patry. There are many feats and justifications I left out of this video because it would be too long to explain.

I just realized another black Clover hole Yuno has a second soul, but that second soul is a hybrid of a human and an elf meaning that that second soul has two types of magic what if Yuno awakened only the soul humans' magic but not the second soul elven magic side yet. You need to make a discussion about that because a lot of people didn't come up with that type of thought before. An example Charmy is a hybrid he can use two types of magic but Yuno's second soul has elven blood and human running in its veins too.

Please make a video making a theory about what Julius’s true magic type given that his time magic came from Astaroth and soul magic is specific to the soul of Lucius inside Julius we never actually learned what Julius’s magic type was and I am very intrigued to even speculate about it.
Watching this at the first time, I really thought the show could've ended with zagred's defeat, I mean from the story of the anime the intro it tells "how the first magic emperor defeated the big demon", I mean that was all the plot, it was like kurama invading konoha then after all this time we discover obito was the mastermind, then if you notice the intro changes in season 3 and introduce "Asta's journey to become the magic emperor"

So when it comes to saying Conrad can’t scale to anyone higher on the list due to the Lucifero statement, can’t that statement be taken in different ways. All he said was his power was the strongest in the world and not something like of all time etc, as the statement can still be true as anyone who was stronger is dead this can include Conrad as he is dead by this time in the story. The reconfirming from Lucius would still make sense because again he said the the world, which could just mean as of this time frame which Lucius wouldn’t need to argue as its technically true for the time. The statement and all other statements where also made before the movie which means they could also no longer apply or can’t be used as they can now just be outdated at least when compared to things within the movie. There might be more that I’m missing but from watching a stream of yours you use this statement to say Conrad physically can’t scale to anything higher then Lucifero, when I think it doesn’t really give enough evidence to support that.

@@nursenurse7454 no she knew that he wouldn't of killed them so she didn't hit him with her lance. Remember the fight with the elf that almost killed three of her siblings, Noelle hit her with her lance and she knocked her out. So she very well could've killed him if she wanted to.
But can Lucius beat Goku?! Jokes aside Lucius is dozens of levels above everyone at this point the only people I'm seeing combating Lucius in the final battle would be characters like Yuno, Asta and Noelle plus other top tiers like Yami, Nacht and Ryudo Ryuya. Obviously other characters could be included but I'm only thinking of the top tiers that we currently know are above everyone else.

Listen here, I might be on that Jester hype train. I might overestimate probably far more than I should. But I don't care he's my "uh-hu" boy. Also Princia's soldier are weak af, the only thing that make them truly dangerous in my opinion is their number which is limited by Princia's mana supplies. So in reality she is the second one after Conrad who received the biggest boost from the Imperial sword. Jester's limitation seems to come more from his mana output rather than supplies. Even with infinite mana he couldn't unleash his full power while maintaining his barrier. I still think Princia is stronger overall, but I think she is a bit overhyped too.
