My 2 older brothers were riding the bicycles down a paved road when one of them hit a thin line stretched between two trees on both sides of the road. One was hung temporarily until the other managed to loosen it up and pull it off. Immediately after they chased a couple of kids home (into their house) and confronted their mother. She drove them home and met up with my mother and gave her her information. She paid for the medical bill and for the repairs to the bikes. I came that close to losing my brother. He still has the hang man's scar around his neck. It is utterly stupid to stretch any line across any road or trail. You could be charged with attempted murder or murder. My parents didn't resort to any litigation or calling the police.
That thing on video #7... I got a story for you guys. (long read) I wish I had video of what I've seen and heard in the deeper wooded parts and hill country of Miami TX. I usually do routine pest control in those parts on a privately owned land with permission, and at night, the coyote shift takes place during weeks when they make their monthly runs for livestock. During a night doing this, I'm almost always alone, but I let people know where I am before I start, just in case. Sitting in a small dugout shelter I made, I could faintly hear woman-like screams. These are usually the signs of a mountain lion, as they can sound exactly like this, but the only place I've remotely seen them is in Colorado City TX. A bit unusual, but I just chalked it up to that- until I actually *saw* the silhouette of someone *running* to the top of one of the hills in the distance. I grabbed my gun (22LR btw, all I had besides a knife), and ran as fast as I could towards the sounds, thinking someone needed help ASAP. This hill was ridiculously hard to go up at the same speed as the figure I saw, I could not keep up at all. As soon as I got to the top, I heard the scream close by, and it scared the living hell out of me, it was loud enough to where I couldn't tell which direction it was coming from at first. I hear it again, and now it was a bit quieter and lower pitched, and I can tell the direction this time. The moonlight was starting to get obstructed by some thick clouds, so I got out my flashlight, and followed towards the noise once more. I briefly saw the figure one last time, and in the moonlight, it looked nearly *identical* to what was in this video. Along a huge patch of trees in the field at the bottom I was racing toward, I shined my light on a fresh goat carcass, which would be somewhat normal on this shift, but on a night like this, I was on edge and pretty nervous. I got paracord with a few sticks, and took the carcass back with me to show the owner, since my flashlight was ready to die. (and I stupidly left the extra batteries behind in this mad rush) After he finally made it to my location on an ATV, he got out the droplight and we took a closer look at the goat carcass. There were huge gaping wounds at it's neck and right side of it's stomach, big enough to spill it's guts. This was definitely not the work of a coyote, and a mountain lion or bobcat would have took the whole thing. We showed this to the town sheriff, and even he was stumped at what could have done this. I also informed them on the humanoid figure I saw, and the sheriff was quite shocked and said this was not the first time this has been reported. He told me the last time this happened was in a small community just past the town's sewer plant (just a big pond), a whole slew of wild turkies were slaughtered in a similar manner to the goat I found, and the folk complained of shrieking noises en mass. I have no idea what that was, but seeing something like it in this video visibly giving chase and attacking made my skin crawl.

My 2 older brothers were riding the bicycles down a paved road when one of them hit a thin line stretched between two trees on both sides of the road. One was hung temporarily until the other managed to loosen it up and pull it off. Immediately after they chased a couple of kids home (into their house) and confronted their mother. She drove them home and met up with my mother and gave her her information. She paid for the medical bill and for the repairs to the bikes. I came that close to losing my brother. He still has the hang man's scar around his neck. It is utterly stupid to stretch any line across any road or trail. You could be charged with attempted murder or murder. My parents didn't resort to any litigation or calling the police.
Hopefully those kids learned their lesson.

That thing on video #7... I got a story for you guys. (long read)
I wish I had video of what I've seen and heard in the deeper wooded parts and hill country of Miami TX.
I usually do routine pest control in those parts on a privately owned land with permission, and at night, the coyote shift takes place during weeks when they make their monthly runs for livestock.
During a night doing this, I'm almost always alone, but I let people know where I am before I start, just in case. Sitting in a small dugout shelter I made, I could faintly hear woman-like screams. These are usually the signs of a mountain lion, as they can sound exactly like this, but the only place I've remotely seen them is in Colorado City TX.
A bit unusual, but I just chalked it up to that- until I actually *saw* the silhouette of someone *running* to the top of one of the hills in the distance. I grabbed my gun (22LR btw, all I had besides a knife), and ran as fast as I could towards the sounds, thinking someone needed help ASAP. This hill was ridiculously hard to go up at the same speed as the figure I saw, I could not keep up at all.
As soon as I got to the top, I heard the scream close by, and it scared the living hell out of me, it was loud enough to where I couldn't tell which direction it was coming from at first. I hear it again, and now it was a bit quieter and lower pitched, and I can tell the direction this time. The moonlight was starting to get obstructed by some thick clouds, so I got out my flashlight, and followed towards the noise once more. I briefly saw the figure one last time, and in the moonlight, it looked nearly *identical* to what was in this video.
Along a huge patch of trees in the field at the bottom I was racing toward, I shined my light on a fresh goat carcass, which would be somewhat normal on this shift, but on a night like this, I was on edge and pretty nervous. I got paracord with a few sticks, and took the carcass back with me to show the owner, since my flashlight was ready to die. (and I stupidly left the extra batteries behind in this mad rush)
After he finally made it to my location on an ATV, he got out the droplight and we took a closer look at the goat carcass. There were huge gaping wounds at it's neck and right side of it's stomach, big enough to spill it's guts. This was definitely not the work of a coyote, and a mountain lion or bobcat would have took the whole thing. We showed this to the town sheriff, and even he was stumped at what could have done this. I also informed them on the humanoid figure I saw, and the sheriff was quite shocked and said this was not the first time this has been reported.
He told me the last time this happened was in a small community just past the town's sewer plant (just a big pond), a whole slew of wild turkies were slaughtered in a similar manner to the goat I found, and the folk complained of shrieking noises en mass. I have no idea what that was, but seeing something like it in this video visibly giving chase and attacking made my skin crawl.
Now I've got the super chills.
Sounds like our "chupa cabras" stories ppl say all over mexico and theyre cattle and animals...something that drains their blood and makes holes...very scary!!!

The land one is the most well known, but I don't think mine was a Chupacabra. Mine was bipedal, which made my case extra freaky, and why I chased after it, because it could have been;
1. A possible trespasser.
2. Someone who possibly needs help.
3. Something I can't explain.
edit: oh, and I forgot to mention, none of the animals I mentioned were sucked of their blood, just slaughtered.

Nr 9: same thing happened in my town with my boyfriend, he was on his bike back from a nye party and he hit the wire (was a fishing wire instead if a cable) luckily he was on his bike instead of a motorised vehicle he would have been dead
