This is a good video about basic embouchure lip position and blowing. 'buzzing' the mouthpiece is an EXERCISE to help learn how to position your lips, but when actually playing the full instrument you should NOT attempt to 'buzz into' the mouthpiece. All that is necessary is having your lips in the proper position and blowing air through your lips. It is actually the instrument itself that makes your lips vibrate when playing - but the player needs to control the position and tension of their lips so a good note is produced.

How is the trumpet buzzing? I play the Baritone and am getting a trumpet
