    I tried it!!!!! Today was the day I decided to try it, I was scared, very skeptical at first, especially when I went to take it out, panic settled in lol, but I managed to squat in the shower and I was able to push it out to the point I was able to grab and take it out, no mess, I thought it was going to splash all over the place lol, I did have some leakage I just have to make sure it opened up all the way next time, but I love the fact that I don't have to change pads every 10 mins (I have an extremely heavy flow😩) but to be truthful, so far so good. Im going to sleep in it so I will give an update on that😊, until then ladies, enjoy your cup.

      First time user here, just got it today and the punch down fold worked best for me, c fold was a bit to big and I couldn’t get the labia fold to stay folded. I’ll try 7 next time and see if that works!

    So I tried something like the Labia fold and it went in perfectly, but I still haven’t figured a way that doesn’t make taking it out HELL. I have a small opening, so taking it out sucks cuz when it’s inside of me it expands 2x and my opening can’t expand 2x :/
    update: been experimenting more with fingers n stuff and it’s been easier getting it in and out!! I suggest trying to get the process done quickly (if you’re body is able to stretch more yet) so your body can’t tense up as quickly

    I lovee the saalt soft! I have the small one. At first, I wasn't sure how I felt about a cup because it was my first cup, and I had to start with discs before I was comfortable trying the cup, but now I like it.
    for a few months every time I put it in I thought I could still feel it, the hyper-awareness was making it seem like it was like a little bubble. After a while, I did cut the stem shorter and that helps, it just makes taking it out a little more challenging. The 'feeling' was not uncomfortable or painful, just a hyperawareness. Overall I am very happy with this cup.

    I am back!!!!!
    My 1review is in the comments below........sooooo my 2nd day, is my absolute most heaviest day😩😩, so I had to take the cup 3x's to change it, that's good because I was able to a long time in-between, now if I was using pads for my 2nd day, I would have went through a entire 28 bag of pads............I will continue to use, I was thinking having my girls try it, but I will wait to introduce this to them, not the right time yet. But 1 out of 10, I will rate it an 8 only because I'm still leaking a bit.........Enjoy Saalt cup users😊

      Hi Dawn - Leaking is always a tell-tale sign that one of three things have happened:
      -Your cup is not fully opened and sealed.
      -Your cup is not positioned properly in relation to your cervix.
      -Your cup has overfilled. Our coach Liz made this great video troubleshooting cup leaking to help! Check it out! ua-cam.com/video/EoAiqmRvW-c/v-deo.html

    My cup leaks in second and third day. I tried every fold but it doesnt open up. Also when it opens, there is no seal and suction. I tried rotating too but doesnt work.

    This is the first time I have tried a cup, and I'm in my 40s . I got it to go in, but it hurt my bladder and had to take it out. I got the small size. I think it's too thick. Any suggestions?

      If the cup is positioned incorrectly, it can put pressure on your urethra or bladder. It may feel like you have to urinate often or can feel like a weak urine stream, where it can take a long time to empty your bladder. Either way, changing the position of the cup should help relieve this pressure. You’ll want to be sure that you are positioning your cup to match the natural slant of your vaginal canal. To do this, try inserting your cup more horizontally toward your tailbone. We hope these tips help! 💖

      Try it more times. In first time you try forcefully. Be gentle. Once you learn how it slides inside, you will get used to it.

    I created one fold
    It's like the c fold.. you do it twice and it becomes really tiny
    Inserting it is okay
    But it never completely opens.. it opens into the normal c fold.. so annoying. I wanted to do the punch down but it was painful... Any recommendations?

    Does the cup wash expire?

      @saaltco  2 роки тому +3

      Hi! The Saalt Wash does not have a set expiration date, but we recommend changing it at least once every 3 years per common beauty/body care product recommendations.

    • @saaltco
      @saaltco  Рік тому +6

      Hi Erica! We know this can be frustrating - the good news is that we have a great tip for this! Once your cup is inserted, insert a lubricated finger up alongside the cup to the rim and swirl your finger 360 degrees. If you feel your cervix, lower your cup so it can fully open. You can also push your vaginal walls away from your cup to allow your cup to fully open. 👍🏼
