- The popular depiction of the Devil is that of a goatlike creature with horns and a tail - but this was influenced by medieval artists.
The biblical description of Satan is very different.
In second Corinthians 11:14, Satan is described as disguising himself as “An Angel of Light” to get people to follow him.
In first Peter 5:8, Satan is described as “A roaring lion”, who fiercely attacks God’s worshippers.
And in Revelation 12:9 Satan is described as “A great dragon” and is frightful, powerful, and destructive.

If Saten comes to you... it will use deception to the max... it will look like an angel and your saviour... it's followers will try to look like they are the most humane, most virtuous, and most beautiful people on the planet

It makes sense for it to look so majestic.
Not simply because he is the representation of sin and desire, but because before his fall, he was the angel closest to God.
A twisted goat-like creature wouldn't have such an impact.
It can still be his true form. Plenty of angels are described as having animal heads. Goats being one of them. And Satan himself is a fallen angel.
He is a metaphor for desire. And what desire can become if not defeated from within, and the trouble it can lead to in life. When desire is defeated, then you are energized and become naturally happy and healthy because you are not depleted energy wise. And as a result you become whole, no longer seeking outside things to complete you. You have connected with God directly. So I have heard.

Having a connection with God means that your behavior changes in ways that you cannot change yourself. If connecting with God equally implies knowing God then to know God is to say that you have encountered him fo. First, a connection with God is not something that you can fake.
You become a better spirited person, basically, behaviours and views, and hearts change.

Discipline becomes second nature, past habits shed. Stem cell release to repair the body. A detoxification of all toxins within the cells. And if completed correctly a new you. The best you. And after it you will no your body and what makes it tic more than ever. A connection to God is what the process feels like, because you curtailed your desires long enough to build energy instead of loosing it daily. It's true potential in healing is revealed.

When you consider that God appoints child rapists to be his messengers and gives them a place in heaven and Satan punishes child rapists.. it becomes quite clear who the villain is
