You'll die the intended way; suffocation, which happens because of how constricted the lungs are when your arms are outstretched like that. Once your arms can't support your weight anymore, you won't be able to breathe.

Because the karma system in this game was more or less an afterthought and some of the karma values are ridiculous. Killing all the Powder Gangers at the NCRCF gives you positive karma for every kill, looting their corpses doesn't affect your karma, but stealing items in the prison that belonged to them gives you negative karma. Killing a random, unnamed NPC who doesn't have negative karma gets you only -25 karma while killing a feral ghoul gets you +100 karma. Even better/worse, karma uses saturation arithmetic, so it can never go below -1,000 or above +1,000. No matter how many innocent NPCs you slaughter, you're never more than 20 feral ghouls away from maximum positive karma. So don't worry about it.
I’ve seen a lot of these fallout choices that I didn’t make and it’s cool to see new stuff I missed. HOWEVER, THIS is exactly how my playthrough went. I was pissed at Benny 😂

I mean, crucifixion is torture. Cruciare is a Latin verb that can be used interchangeably for to crucify, or to torture. The word excruciating comes from crucifixion. Eliminating a threat is one thing, but dragging out their suffering is pointless and cruel.
