CURRY DUCK TRINIDAD STYLE || EASY TRINI CURRY DUCK

Trini curry duck is one of the best trinidadian dishes! This recipe isn’t the traditional Trini curry duck recipe, but an interpretation of the dish. Come and curry a whole duck with me! I show you how to break down and entire duck from start to finish and I show you how to blend curries to get a delicious flavor. I did use one Jamaican curry to make this dish, but it’s because I love to blend curry! I used Chief’s Curry Powder as well as their Hot & Spicy Curry Duck/Goat Powder. I used my green seasoning, one chicken bouillon, all purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic cloves, scallion, green pepper, thyme, and cumin. I added a lil potato & carrot for some extra delicious bites and curry duck was amazing.
