I had this in 2022. I was hospitalized for 3 days. its almost been a year, and I have chronic Uti symptoms but no uti. my kidneys and bladder always hurt. I still to this day visit the hospital frequently. 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
I had it and was hospitalised for a week, doctors didn't say what caused it but I was going the gym at the time. I have just been the doctors when with an ex partner cos I had burning while urinating and itchy tip near the penis, had a std test had a UTI test, had a blood test and swab, everything come back negative, I find it hard to build muscle, maybe I'm not sticking to it as I should be but even a month or two months I didn't see any change and I'm left wondering has rhabdomyolysis messed me up where my muscles just wont grow
I had kidney failure from this in 2010 and my muscles ache all the time still. You get used to it after the first couple of years, but it's easy to over due it, then muscle spasms for a day or so... but I don't have health insurance so this isn't necessarily going to be the outcome for everyone.
@beckyjogilbert5712 I'm sorry to hear about your ongoing muscle pain and the impact of kidney failure. It’s tough dealing with chronic pain and the limitations of not having health insurance. It’s important to manage your condition as best as possible, perhaps through gentle exercise, proper hydration, and monitoring your symptoms. Seeking support from community health resources or financial assistance programs could also be beneficial. Stay strong and take care.

I just started working out again with my regular routine yesterday after a depressive episode that lasted a few months and this happens… insane because this is not my first and probably around the 40th time this year I’ve worked out with the same weight and same reps… i probably should’ve started lightly
@noahshighlightreel Starting again after a tough time can be tricky-kudos to you for pushing through! It’s normal to feel a bit off when getting back into a routine, so easing in lightly is a smart idea. Take it slow, and be kind to yourself-you’re already making great progress!
@NicolasTome-pp1np Sounds like you're really pushing yourself! Just remember to stay hydrated and take care of those kidneys, especially if you're doing intense workouts. Balance is key when it comes to exercise and health! Take breaks, listen to your body, and keep those kidneys happy! 😅💪

I'm like that too after having rhabdomyolysis 2 years ago, I urinate all the time, are you like that too?
