I moisturize with Jamaican black castor oil when I remember and washed 1-2xmonth and after my sec yr my locs just started dropping down my back like crazy

Do you wet your hair before oiling? Oil seals in moisture. If you're putting it on dry hair you sealing in the dryness.

Yes! I mist it lightly or leave my hair out in the shower to absorb moisture 😊
