Lately I have also been loving Lattafa's Nasheet and Rasasi's Qasamat Ebhar - so, so beautiful. Rave Now women was also quite good. I am excited to try out a few of your recommendations, particularly the C.A.C.A.O one and Bois de Vanille - neither of which I can find online. Can you share where Val found them? ❤❤

I have been on the Middle Eastern train for a few years. Liam is my favorite! It’s so lovely and easy to wear. I prefer it to Gris Charnel. My second favorite is probably Club De Nuit for women, which is somewhere between Coco Mademoiselle and CM Intense. My 3rd favorite is Ana Abyedh Poudree, very light but so pretty.
You ladies definitely added to my shopping list! I have fallen in love with middle eastern fragrances over the past couple of months. My favorites so far are from Lattafa - Vintage Radio, Mughal Fort and Antique.

Really love it, definetly worth every money. CACAO is also great, I have a 10 ml decant, but I think of a full bottle. My favourite is also Cherry Cola from Emir - it just smells like cherry cola (Inspiration is Mancera Tonka cola) :D Love it! I want to buy Liam and Shaghaf oud Tonka - those are my next buys hopefully :) I am really intrigued by Niche Royal Vert.
Khair pistachio is closer to yum pistachio than affection by Lattafa. I have all 3 and can smell the differences. I love yum more as I’ve had it since the release date so it has oxidised beautifully. However I feel khair will out shine yum once it has sat in the collection longer. Love the video ❤
Some notes of Khair Pistachio, mainly rosemary, pink pepper and leather, made me worry it would have a weird smell. Do you personally pick out these notes?

Khair is sweet but sharp bergamot, pistachio cream (not gelato), a fluffiness like marshmallows when it dries down you get more of the creamy woody nuance with candy and pistachios ice cream. (I recall Yum smelt like this too when I got it on release) I have had khair for just over 2 weeks so I suspect it will change just like Yum did
@@sashugh sniffing side by side ( as I type lol) Affection is heavier on the sweet notes like marshmallows, cotton candy, pistachio ice cream. The bergamot goes away fast (a min after spraying) whereas with Khair it is there for the top and mid dry down. I don’t detect any rum like Yum and Khair. All other notes are similar in presence. To be fair both Affection and Khair are quite close to Yum’s top and mid but Yum is very different in the full dry down
Great choices ! The best dupes I've found for the Armani Prive line are from Emper. Try not only the Rouge and vert, the prive magenta and prive turquoise are also amazing, and very close to the OGs. I want to the explore this line further, but finding info right now as to what they're duping is not easy. Val, since you love blind buying....😂. Btw, love seeing you gals together but also think Val should start her own channel. Great personality, thorough reviews , and LOVe that you go beyond the highly hyped to find the true gems.❤

Ok it has to be said I looooove these series !!! Val is am obsessed with Arabic fragrances ! Lattafa affection is a must it is sooo creamy and sweet at least 5-6 hrs long wear then a skin scent , also her women rave now pink is dupe of Burberry elixir! And Maison Alhambra infinite musk is agreat dupe of Initio musk soooo good !!!
I have only 7 Middle Eastern fragrances in my collection. Many have gone as I don’t enjoy the musk base that is in a lot of them. Think Erba Pura. I also don’t enjoy heavy florals or heavy rose. That being said. The ones I have are fabulous. Tonka is new to my collection and I find the almond more soapy than edible, but I like it even though I don’t love soapy fragrances. I am letting it rest before I try it again. I also love Modest Deux, Golden Sands(oil), Junoon Noir, Eternal Oud, Honor and Glory, and Love Apple(oil).
I prefer Infini Elixir to Side Effect, it is sweeter and less masculine than SE. It seems to be a theme with dupes. I have all those Shaghafs. I only bought the red one for the bottle because I dont like Erba Pura dna but I actually like Ahmar, it's smoother than the OG or other dupes I've tried. Azraq... I am that person that goes out with 8-10 sprays of it and now so is my daughter. 😂 Tonka is addictive for sure, I really notice the orange blossom in it but not rose. Great haul 👌

Ladies you are awesome together! Val I bought Ishq al shuyukh gold / Lattafa and talk about a Beast …… I sprayed it outside 8 pumps, the first sniff was Rubber! After 3 months I am liking to loving this scent, but you have to wait for the dry down to get the love. I also have Vibrant Vetiver Delight this is not for our Canadian winters but oh wow summer … absolutely Beautiful !!

Oh my gosh- love these w/ y’all!! The Shagaf Azraq is so amazing on my hubs. He loved it so much we just ordered a back up because it’s limited edition. It becomes a spicy sweet honeyed tobacco … gets better the longer he wears it. The Tonka is such a love too🩷. My fav version of the Herba Pura DNA is Orientica Royal Amber- so fruity and vanilla forward w/o that harsh musky dirty heaviness of Herba Pura (Amber Oud Gold 🤮)… ❤❤❤

Before I bought the Kayali ( I’ve had horrible longevity with Kayali 😢😢) does this have the airiness tho that the pistachio yum has? Im a sucker for whipped cream in the base! It reminds me of cloud but with pistachio does Kahair have the airy base? And do you guys have a spot on dupe for soleil blanc? 💕
Val here - the Khair pistachio definitely has that airy cloud like base that you’re craving. It’s much longer lasting than Kayali Yum and although it sticks to the notes in the original scent profile, the whipped cream and candy elements really pop in Khair. If you get it, I think you will be very impressed 😊 As far as Soleil Blanc dupes go, I really enjoy the one from Oakcha!

Sometimes i need to get used to a new vibe (e.g.Barakk.Gentle Gold seemed like a bored Vanilla sporting an egg-yolk coat 🤓 at first, but ive grown to get rid of the idea and now i kind of like its noble touch). With Khair Pistachio - my oldest daughter (16) loooooves it even more than i do. She said if she was to get only oné gift this Christmas she would choose this. 🥰 (Note below: my mobile keeps “correcting” the words to incredible things… like to lice, etc 😂 I need to turn it off somehow! I went in and bought C.A.C.A.O. which I had my eye on anyway, but your enthusiasm sealed the deal. 😊 I own the Kayali Yum Pistachio and Khair. And I find Khair superior in terms of longevity and I prefer the sweeter take on the pistachio. I bought the Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Tonka as soon as I saw it. Gorgeous mix of almond and Tonka. I love it. The Azraq one seems a bit two masculine for my taste.
Love Khair I got mine yesterday and it’s so good! I think it has the fresh aspects I get from the original. I was worried it would be a lot sweeter but I love the balance of fresh and sweet. I picked up Arfaq from Lataffa and it’s a super pretty fruity floral Tuberose scent. It last quite a while as well. I got the 20 ml card but I may pick that one up. So it’s in the same vain of the few in this collection.
I have Francique and I couldn’t stop wearing it during autumn. My mum now also owns a bottle. I don’t even look towards Gris Charnel anymore, I’m so happy with FA Paris clone (it’s part of Fragrance World btw).
I’ve been trying to find comparison videos of both rouge and vert malachite regarding how close they are to the originals. I’ve had both for a long time now but have no access to the armani ones. I prefer the green too. My Liam Grey was delivered as I was watching this video. 😄 It pulls very masculine on my skin.

Thank you both for a wonderful video! Khair Pistachio is on its way 😁 I have Gris Charnel from BDK and I love it, but I also had a decant of Liam...the full bottle arrived yesterday. Gris Charnel is magical, nothing can replace it, but Liam does a good job. I find it to be stronger, heavier, and sweeter. I'm happy to have it for everyday so I don't burn through my BDK bottle too quickly.

Smells very luxurious and sophisticated, I would say that even better than Gentle Fluidity Gold. After watching this video which I'm commenting - I've immediately purchased Bade'e Al Oud Sublime because it sounds like something I will really enjoy .. It's amazing how quickly my "arabian collection" grows ..

Oh my gosh- love these w/ y’all!! The Shagaf Azraq is so amazing on my hubs. He loved it so much we just ordered a back up because it’s limited edition. It becomes a spicy sweet honeyed tobacco … gets better the longer he wears it. The Tonka is such a love too🩷. My fav version of the Herba Pura DNA is Orientica Royal Amber- so fruity and vanilla forward w/o that harsh musky dirty heaviness of Herba Pura (Amber Oud Gold 🤮)… ❤❤❤

Ooooo yay the pistachio yum! I’ve been waiting for Marie to do this!! Before I bought the Kayali ( I’ve had horrible longevity with Kayali 😢😢) does this have the airiness tho that the pistachio yum has? Im a sucker for whipped cream in the base! It reminds me of cloud but with pistachio does Kahair have the airy base?
And do you guys have a spot on dupe for soleil blanc? 💕
Val here - the Khair pistachio definitely has that airy cloud like base that you’re craving. It’s much longer lasting than Kayali Yum and although it sticks to the notes in the original scent profile, the whipped cream and candy elements really pop in Khair. If you get it, I think you will be very impressed 😊 As far as Soleil Blanc dupes go, I really enjoy the one from Oakcha!

Oakcha actually has a solid soleil Blanc dupe. Chapter one by Jennifer Aniston is very close to eau de soleil Blanc and is about 12 bucks

Your taste in Perfumes is so close to mine, i bought couple of frags you loved and it is a safe Blind buy fór me always. Sometimes i need to get used to a new vibe (e.g.Barakk.Gentle Gold seemed like a bored Vanilla sporting an egg-yolk coat 🤓 at first, but ive grown to get rid of the idea and now i kind of like its noble touch).
With Khair Pistachio - my oldest daughter (16) loooooves it even more than i do. She said if she was to get only oné gift this Christmas she would choose this. 🥰

I went in and bought C.A.C.A.O. which I had my eye on anyway, but your enthusiasm sealed the deal. 😊 I own the Kayali Yum Pistachio and Khair. And I find Khair superior in terms of longevity and I prefer the sweeter take on the pistachio. I bought the Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Tonka as soon as I saw it. Gorgeous mix of almond and Tonka. I love it. The Azraq one seems a bit two masculine for my taste.

Love Khair I got mine yesterday and it’s so good! I think it has the fresh aspects I get from the original. I was worried it would be a lot sweeter but I love the balance of fresh and sweet.
I picked up Arfaq from Lataffa and it’s a super pretty fruity floral Tuberose scent. It last quite a while as well. I got the 20 ml card but I may pick that one up. So it’s in the same vain of the few in this collection.

I bought Antique from Lattafa Niche Emarati and it’s beautiful!! I’m wondering if Liam is as good as Antique. My son also loves this one.
I have the Niche Royal Rouge by Maison Alhambra and the dry down smells like Alien.

Thank you both for a wonderful video! Khair Pistachio is on its way 😁 I have Gris Charnel from BDK and I love it, but I also had a decant of Liam...the full bottle arrived yesterday. Gris Charnel is magical, nothing can replace it, but Liam does a good job. I find it to be stronger, heavier, and sweeter. I'm happy to have it for everyday so I don't burn through my BDK bottle too quickly.
I need to get this, I’m almost out of my Gris Charnel and I would rather not spend that kind of money on a scent I go through so quickly.
