Im on my 5th week working in panda express. I love it.
I just got hired by Panda Express. I got like 4% Chinese blood in me. I'm looking forward saying shieh-shieh and boo ku-chi a lot! haha

well actually it's possible there's 2 ways to interpret.
she couldn't hack it in her engineering job at McDonnell Douglas and asked her husband for a job at the restaurant.
or the husband didn't know anyone with the brains to help scale the business and begged the wife to quit her job and work with him.
Personally I don't like the food in Panda Express. To me it doesn't taste good, but that's just me. On the other hand, I'm glad the owners were able to succeed in their business.
To me Panda Express Lo Mein has the most vibrant flavor.

She can still pursue inventions. She's super smart and with exceptional education (PhD). There's no reason she can't invest in Inventions or in her area Aerospace. Just follow Elon Musk's and "Good enough's" lead!

glen bell founded taco bell but he learned the tex mex recipes and the fried taco from mitla cafe owned by real mexicans.

I was in the food industry myself, my point is not the use of sugar or MSG (sodium salt) or form of healthier diet. It is the lack of culture integrity they portal, they will cook whatever and call it whatever as long as the vulgar masses buys it. Most of their goers arent educated enough to know, they are paying a premium for garbage food. Their Teriyaki sauce taste nothing like the Japanese counterpart, maybe thats why they called it Chinese Teriyaki, which cant compare, because it does not exist in China. PS. Not affiliate with Panda, not their competitiors either, dont know them at all. Just dont like their ethic.
You are right. I worked in a sushi restaurant for 3 years always making delicious teriyaki chicken, then I worked for a couple months in a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant all home made style food, and I got hired this week at Panda Express and I’m appalled by the teriyaki chicken. Everything is like pre made and frozen. They just pull pre packaged food out of card board boxes, fry it in some oil and serve it. Appalling. Why am I working here I fucking hate it.
