You actually have gpu installed like dedicated which is from another company(not intel) I also got that error then I removed my gt 710 then it was fixed

thanks i knew something was wrong with my driver when my brightness was not changing and i also couldnt see the hd graphics which i thought may fix it just after switching to intel drivers my problem were fix

Its relatively easy for US and UK models, just google the model but its abit tricky for japanese model and usually you gotta search using part-number(model-part number) sometimes serial.

To work (2021), you need to dowload drivers earlier than 06/2020. Intel most recent drivers don´t have the control panel. It worked for me after that.

for laptop you have to find the specific HD graphic driver for your machine. look at the bottom of your laptop to see the model or serial number.

Intel has removed control panel why you all are being so stupid if your gpu is supported then it will automatically add intel command centre (new one)
