I'm glad to see them focusing on camps BUT... we REALLY need new areas because there's only so much we can do with west Virginia after all these years.
I really hope they will announce a new map for 2023!
@@InnovSurvivalist same here, we know it can be done thanks to expeditions, I'm no programmer but I forsee a bit on the map that we click to swap maps.
@@aurawolf2221 Enlarging the main map? I guess thats not gonna happen with the base map to keep the servers stable. They can and do change exisiting locations on the main map and add more indoor cells. They did it already with "Test your Metal" and "The Pitt". "Nuka World on Tour" will also bring some modifications and a new indoor cell to the Ash Heap area. I can see more expeditions with new locations being added over time. Instanced expansions are easier to manage regarding server performance. That is if they do not abandon the expedition concept like they did with vault raids due to the rants of a vocal minority.
It took them 2 years to make a glorified daily op, I wouldn't hold my breath for new lands any time soon.
The "tree house" would have made for an interesting survival tent.
True but last I checked it's not a survival tent. It's just a structure for CAMPs.

I wish the tree house was in a different type of tree, since that bleached one will mostly only fit in with the toxic valley and some parts of the savage divide

i quite agree, here. Pristine, and or New looking, items are immensely game immersion breaking, imo. They are a most unwelcome (constant) reminder that i am, in fact, merely playing a video game...
As somebody from Virginia who lives close to D.C. I can tell you for a fact that we travel west to the landlocked mountain state of West Virginia for its open ocean and pirate ships.
man, what id do for just the stairs from that treehouse. man, imagine the possibilities with non snap, soft edged stairs with a corner...

its another indication that we may get placable hills or earth since if you look at them they have piled earth spilling out the sidemaking a sort of slope, but clearly they snap as well.
its something ive always wanted in the game, the ability to make land look like flat ground upon which to build. or just natural edges to place around my foundation to it covers the sometimes very stark and tall bits of foundation that i honestly think looks really weird.
imagine a tile set tat is grassy/rocky/muddy slopes and squares with rounded corners so you can build your own hills! this set gives me hope theyve thought of it
That concrete bunker will be a great addition for Enclave, Brotherhood, and Free States fans. Im still waiting for that Enclave resource refiner that was datamined a long time ago to complete many of my themed bases.
Watch Post reminds me of the Mire location "Tree Tops" which is my favorite location. Reminds me of like, something outta TES.
I really like the garden kit, it would go good with a raider battle arena
At this point they should focus on camps. Stories will always be short. Camps keep people playing.
They seem to be, there's even a free camera feature coming for CAMPs.

I'm happy to see the Nuka-Cola truck since I missed the first wave of goodies.
Plus the blue glow of Quantum is my favorite!

Love the lil Treehouse and Boathouse, they are small as a building in it self but prefabs take up less building-space and are nice for more diversity in Camps.
I found a legendary 1star Captains Hat during this last event. It gves +3 END so itll go really well with the pirate outfit and this ship prefab.
That's a hacked item. There is no legendary Captains Hat in 76.
Kinda wish they would add armor paint for enclave events, cant really build a crazy camp just use tents so idk about these new ones

Thanks for reviewing all those items for us. I keep hoping for a survival tent that adds one of those SPECIAL"Punch Card Machines". Those SPECIAL load-out selectors like you have at camp and train stations... I constantly find I have the wrong one and I have to travel out to change and then travel back. Maybe a SPECIAL load-out selector kit like the repair kit and scrap kit.
I just unlocked the wildwood rifle range today, and it's a pretty nice prefab. Frankly, I would have rather that they made the "treehouse" a sort of spiral staircase or ramp leading up to a standard floor to which we can attack other regular floor pieces to it...

Oh I so so want those pirate ships... hopefully we get a less decorated version of the ceremonial cannon too >_>
If you use some different items and merging, you can make that cannon look cooler. I used 2 of the skull candles and a moo-moo plushie(little blue 2 headed cow). I took the cow and merged it a little over the candle of the "see no evil" skull, just to hide the flame. Then merged that into the front of the cannon, so it looks like the skull is being shot from the cannon and the plushie looks like he's riding the front of the cannon yelling "fire!" I also used the "hear no evil" candle towards the back of the cannon, merged in a bit, to look like the "firing" flame thing that makes the cannon fire. It took like 2 hours to get it all in the right place, but the outcome is freakin awesome, if I do say so myself!

Sadly, it's not a survival tent skin.
I'm surprised the nuka trucks were not survival tents. Then again, non-1st players can try to use them for easy "mobile" camps.

Those are all really cool, except for the Nuka truck and the Mosoleum. I already see tons of the standard Nuka truck around the wasteland and noone can seem to figure out what to do with them, the most popular idea I see is a vendor area. The mosoleum, I don't know, it's just a concrete square with scratches, not really all that exciting to me personally. Now, those ship prefabs, those look pretty dang sweet! I can already think of a few spots where those would fit right in perfectly! Even the treehouse thing seems pretty awesome, maybe not as the main structure, but definitely a big part of a camp, especially if you could put down a couple of them, with like "bridges" in between and some other structures. Uggh, why isn't this stuff here already? Why do I have to work, like some kind of adult or something, the wasteland needs me!😅😅Thanks for the info Innov, I always enjoy your videos!

Agreed, but doing so would mean less people per server. So instead of 20 players per server, they could only have like 10, which would also mean they would have to double the amount of servers. If you keep going down the rabbit hole, double the servers means double the staff to maintain thos servers, which means more cost to Bethesda, which trickles down to more cost for us. Now, everything will cost real world dollars, there will be no completing objectives for atoms. No more free stuff. You see where I'm going with this.

How about if Bethesda made building a bit easier? Due to a clash with a friend I moved my camp, the "camp could not be placed" crap. But, oh no, Bethesda ensured that I basically had to build it from scratch. Why can't I just pack it up in one place and set it up somewhere else? I believe that's the way it's supposed to work but all I get is a blue outline and "object cannot be placed" message. I've had this every time I've moved camp and it doesn't seem to matter where I build it. It's either floating, or can't be placed. I'm also none too concerned about more skins for building. It's all cosmetic in the end. I want more game, then I may even consider Fallout 1st.

Yes, thats really a PITA. The blueprinting when moving camps is buggy since release. If the structure is a bit more complex than some foundations, walls and a chair it will not place the blueprint. I started to make incremental blueprints of my camps, first the basic structure, then more blueprints of the decoration to dix this issue.
Touching on that, I absolutely hate when the outline turns blue only to have the game still tell you "no." Then why the hell did it turn blue? If I can't place it there it should stay red. That is my biggest pet pieve when building. FO4, green was good, never did I have somethong turn green just for the game to still say "no." That seems like day one kinda shit, first meeting, "Ok, so blue means you can place it?" "Yes, well most of the time, it could still be a, no, given any set of totally random circumstances." "Totally, random?" "Yes, that object will work on this side of your camp, at night, on Tuesday, if you're on the correct server." "What about this side?" "No, well maybe, what day is it?"

@@InnovSurvivalist Ok then we have the same opinion. Their reuse of items with new paint feels heartbreaking. To me it feels like we get new content from like two people who have to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. And just to meet Bethesda's requirement, they have to resort to repainting every asset in the game.
The only thing to do in this game now is rebuild your camp.
Sadly, it's one of the main highlights yes.
Oh god are they really gonna charge for a treehouse made of Fallout 4 wood structure pieces with the exception of adding a tree underneath... I want those building pieces back as a free standalone kit choice. Why they've removed those structures in 76 is baffling me, they are way more appropriate for scavengers houses designs than wooden house kit!
They indeed charge for existing assets from FO4, it's quite silly and shameless if your asked me.
a prison car is not supposed to "look cute" It's supposed to look quite dismal and bleak. On the outside, at least. What's more, this is supposed to be a Post-Apocalyptic wasteland! Too much of what has come out of the Atoms Shop is game immersion-breaking enough. If an object could be found indoors, and far away from windows and exits, and or underground (like deep underground), then i could understand why it would still be in good condition. Otherwise, the game assets were/are becoming far too SIMS 4-like The Haunted House and Pittsburg Neighbor bundles are a most welcome departure from all this modernization you see in allota (way too many, imo) camps.
I wish the train cars didn't have thise stupid concrete pads on the bottom, it makes them so hard to look natural.
Yes, they would be soooo much cooler on their "wheels," not sure exactly what they're called. But then we could put the on a track and it would be so freakin awesome!

Why pirate ships West Virginia is mountains not ocean terrain just makes no sense
There are tons of ships near the water areas, that area around Grafton where the DMV is, has a lot of wrecked ships. They're not exactly "Pirate" ships, but ships none the less.
@@mmadd7 they are house boats and sail boats for lakes when you think pirate ship you think of ocean I could see them if there was a large river connecting with the Atlantic but unfortunately that’s not possible cause the rivers are not big enough
Nothing interesting for me. I will be happy when we will get damaged or clean car /real/ size for deco, waiting for possibility to buy more space for camp for avoid camp limits. Nuka cola reskin truck is not anymore fun, because basic model sux (no place for generator under hood, no place for sleep/sitting inside (on driver seat), no working door, only one side cargo door and at least conrete bricks like stairs are bad placed wrong side - why upper side with holes??. Pirate ship camp, merged with 2 different size boats look... Strange.. Castle gate, interesting idea (except walls, ugly walls) but why door is soo small and door crate soo big? Only shooting range is ok. Aha, when we get damaged asphalt road "skin" for floor?

Bethesda has to address explosive energy weapons. Every server on PC has at least 1-4 people using explosive energy weapons. They are ruining events by posting up on top of poles or high points and spraying everything in sight and killing everything in mere seconds. Every SBQ event I start has been ruined by these irresponsible and annoying players who can't exercise self control. They have no regard for other players experience and no regard for low level players who use low level weaponry. BETHESDA DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!
I've seen these used, it doesn't really seem that bad to me. All you have to do is go around and get one shot in on as many enemies as you can, if someome else kills them, you still get the xp for the kill. It actually makes events like Test Your Metal very easy, I just run around getting in a single shot on as many enemies as I can and I leave with tons of xp(atleast 1 level worth, most times more) and tons of weapons/armor/scrap/legendaries. It's a win/win for me.
Holy moly - i returned after 3 years of not playing this game to realize Bugthesda is not able to fix the most mundane bugs in 3 years - Bug fiesta still XD The only thing Incompethesda is putting time into is useless crap in the atom store to milk no lifer whales. Im amazed that this crapfest is still a thing ^^
