sir my self amjad 2 yrs ago m dng gym but no result so since 1 mnt i assume u as my trainer n following all ur excercise n belive me results r dynamic i dnt follow trainer i only follow my bb i get all knowledge but sir there is a question tht in chest can we do three of them in a day ( chest) lower upper n middle i hope u will reply tnks alot sir u cant imagine u hv change many of the persons life in fitness.
