One of the few times I’ve seen chefs not yelling or being mad. Dude is nice and is patient. You can tell his skill. I only hope to come to London once to eat here.
Can you do a meet the team video or show how the kitchen is structured? Like from the head chefs down to the senior sous, sous, etc… It’ll be cool to see names to the faces and them introducing themselves. Your videos are great!
I love watching you working with passion and drive . I was a chef but sadly had to stop due to epilepsy I miss my chef days so watching you is a blessing . Good job chef 👏 👍
I have epilepsy, and am still in the chef industry I am an apprentice! I couldn't lay down and let it defeat me but I understand what you mean, I have nocturnal epilepsy seizures! I am really sorry your epilepsy left you to leave your career, my heart is with you!
Love the fact when something is not quite up to your standards you go back and talk and explain and show the steps missed or needed to get it correct. Why I look forward to your videos coming out.
I love this stuff as someone who always wanted to be a chef and now doing it for about a year and a half its amazing to see and inspiring keeps me wanting to keep at it pushing my self
oh man I'm so thrown back to the times when I was an aspiring chef! the early days and long nights, the creativity, speed, accuracy, adrenalin, the quick coffees and drinks after service. Chefs do live an intense life! I miss it somehow.
Drive past every day but at 5am so abit early for lunch i guess 😂. Been dying for a chance to visit the past few months just from these videos, me and my Fiancée enjoy watching them together
Awesome, I always look forward to watching these. Hopefully i'll make it to London one day so I can have a meal here instead of just drooling on my tablet lol.
I would be willing to pitch in to hire an editor for a compilation of everyone working in tandem with different viewpoints for an hour long video.. I need more of this
Visited out of the blue yesterday before heading to the theatre across the road. I was not prepared for it and I wanted to eat everything but didn't have the time. Got the sausage, corn ribs, mushfmroom parfait and the star of the show was the cabbage. Never tasted anything like it! All of it was incredible but that cabbage blew my tiny little mind!
picked up a 3 pack of the hot sauce as a chef its the best most flavorful sauce i have had and its not a overpowering heat will be ordering more very soon
Can you pleaaaaaassssseeeeee make a video like this where this also a camera pointing to your face like in the how to cook a chicken video this would be so fun to see your face while in stress hahha Love your videos keep it up!!!
Brings me back to my days running the pass. As much as I hate the industry, I love it… I don’t think any chef doesn’t see the yinyang of the industry. Cool video!
I hope some of the youtube revenue goes towards staff outings and benefits. Of course you guys as owners deserve all your sucess, but the team is what makes it happen day to day
You're right! Chefs should work 14 hours a day and never eat. They should only get to eat late night fast food and microwave meals. God forbid they taste the product they're putting out!
@@davidelias2819 no, I never said that hospitality staff shouldn’t eat during their shift. I just said I find it a little ‘weird’ him eating whilst touching the customers food with his bare hands. It’s a little bit of food handling issue. You can clearly see very early on in the video, he ate 1 slice of salami and the left over crunchy bits from a metal dish. My understanding is that, if you touch your face, mouth, hair etc while handling food, you should most definitely wash your hands. It’s a cross-contamination risk, yes we wall probably don’t do it, but it’s a good habit to get into. Once again, I’m not questioning the professionalism of the chef, it’s just my thoughts.
people like you are the reason there aren't many videos of kitchen cooking, if you eat out you should accept you're getting a little bit of chef juice as standard, get over it
sure ...lets ignore the fact he was putting his fingers into his mouth then touching customers food.......you know better man...getting a little too relaxed in the kitchen. those are health code violations. will be reporting your restaurant with this footage , i have it recorded.

That doesn't make him a better chef in any way 😂. Better person? Ehhhh maybe, he is on camera. Also it's England, their food is trash 😂
and he even says "Thank You" to his crew!
It’s like he almost knows he’s filming content 😂😂😂😂
@@danieljackson6338 its an open kitchen, he won't be shouting

Did my boy just lick his finger and stick it in the mushroom powder?
Finally another one HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!
Happy birthday
make sure we look after it, super expensive.... goes and deeps his licked finger in it 😅🤣4:18
Eating out probably isn’t for you
Why’s the chef on the right got so many more tickets on?
Did no one clock the eating meat, hand in mouth then picking up the steak to put on a plate?
It's possible to put things in your mouth without putting your fingers in your mouth. 😉
WHERE'S THE COD SAUCCEEEEEE
In London, kitchen crews don’t need to wear hairnets or chef hats ?? What if you drop your hair in the food ?
What is the expensive ingredient in the gastro?
In my opinion it's saffron, vanilla stick, dried mushrooms, Wagyu beef A5
Como
I just find it weird he’s eating while doing the service 😂 I love the videos btw, I’m not bashing the chef.

is this live?
no
At least it doesnt look THAT pretentious
First thing he did was touch the meat then the Clean plate.. i hope that person isnt a Vegetarian
Oh no he also touched food with his hands... hope that person isn't a cannibal 🙄
Vegetarians arent allergic to meat.. lmao. For god sake, he could rub the entire plate in steak, aslong as its clean its fine for a vegetarian.
why is bro touching the meat and plates with his dirty ass hands
07:46 bit disgusting that chef eats off the spoon then puts it back in the pot to use again dont you think? unprofessional.
there literally dipping, touching, then snacking/eating on there own food n ingredients with there bare hands. hygiene worse then fastfood chains , ew
people like you are the reason there aren't many videos of kitchen cooking, if you eat out you should accept you're getting a little bit of chef juice as standard, get over it
That's a pretty cool watch Chef! What brand is it?
So you have another chef that wears a camera right
