Beautiful horse. Looks more like an American Quarter Horse than an Arabian. Arabians have distinctive ears, nose, dish shaped face, high tail, dainty nose and feet and an arrogant show pride of "look at me and see how beautiful I am".... The chest on that horse is too wide and deep in my opinion.... And yet a beautiful animal.. !

Appears more like a Warmblood type breed actually; like a Hanoverian or Holsteiner. Gorgeous work nonetheless!
It is pity to see how modern machineries, 3d printing, 3d carving, and what not killing the beautiful hand-crafting work. There are not very many artist like \Mihail because of automatic machineries taking the job and skills. Mihail your work is a master piece.

Beautiful work, but i believe this looks more like a Western Saddle horse, or Morgan, rather then Arabian. But as an artist myself, we can create with the simple pleasure of what we see. Great work thx for the vid.

Undoubtely, this gentleman's wood carving and colouring piece is awesome!
I think Michelangelo said regarding his David statue that he only removed the unnecessary marble to discover him... therefore and as a compliment I'd like to say your Arabian horse was already there too. Thanks for bringing him to life.

I never knew humans dedicate so much time to study my anatomy! I am deeply moved and touched by the focus you mustered - such precise hands. You even carved the individual strands of hair from my tail - and even my nostrils! Thank you for spending so much time making a representation of me out of a linden tree! I often graze delicious clover at the base of linden trees. And I often wonder what it feels like to be a tree - now I know. El-Khedra, the Arabian horse.

Some people think that You are not an Arab horse, but another variety, but once again I will explain to All My Dear Friends, I made this horse to order, according to the Customer's photo and He called it an Arab horse and He wanted just such a Horse... It's awesome. I'm sure it was ordered to be painted but I really wish people understood that leaving it with just some oil is by far the best looking finish for any carving. Well done though!

After watching the making of this masterpiece in art, the CNC carved wood(like I usually make) is just like nothing.. I must admit this is the true carving.. Especially for someone who create things for living..

Awesome carving. You are BETTER than people who brag about their using power tools. Doing ACTUAL WOOD CARVING with real hand tools and NOT dremels, table saws, band saws and scroll saws are to be applauded. If you try hand carving that same horse out of ebony or some other foreign wood like Ebony used for violin and guitar fingerboards you would get some SERIOUS FINGER MUSCLES. Try exotic wood and make a youtube.com video of that and tell me what you think.

Love the carving but just some constructed criticism. I have been working on a Arabian horse ranch for awhile and the Arabian horse have a dish face and the "bridge of the nose", for a lack of better words, is curved inward. And the ears have a rain drop look to them with a little curve towards the middle of the head that makes them a like cutie girly rain drop.
People asked me to cut the horse, sent the photo and said that the breed is the Arab... Thanks for the information!

채색을 하면 더 현실감이 살아나긴한데 목공예의 특유의 나무질감 등이 가려져 노력이 빛을 볼 수가 없군요! 채색할바에 그냥 플라시틱이나 지점토로 만드는 게 쉽지 않을까요!

Beautiful!!! But this horse is bulky and strong, looks more like a french percheron (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percheron) than a arabian (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabian_horse) slender and fast, but its beautiful!!! I was looking it to find a wood carved horse video for a long time, thank you very much for showing us your art. I wish i had this kind skill and tools that you have.God bless you!
No, it is Arabian horse, for owner who have Arabian horse, i did it on his foto, if it was not like foto i cant sold it, owner look all details, he is professional.

Love it! I think the video could've gone another five minutes; it feels like you skipped a little too much of the early carving. Aside from that I'm glad that you included penciling on the definition lines.
Fantastic work the detail was superb.
I wouldn't know the exact price but my guess is anywhere around 500 - 1500 depending on the level of work.
