I’ve been wanting one of the Kaoss pads from that era. I have the Electribe 2 but only ever use the touch pad for reverb.

I also have an Electribe 2 but don't use so much the pad, this Kaossilator doesn't works with external sounds, it's a synth generating sounds by it's own :)

How did you make it sound sound so tight? Compression?

The M:C sounds tight by his own :D i recorded the 2 stereo tracks and made a mastering on Ableton, the mixdown it's totally from the machine.
