Try giving Cyrus plain water periodically. It will help him not spit up so much. Water helps break break down the milk in his stomach and digest. Breast milk can be tough for babies to digest if mama is not getting plenty of water. Even fruit made of water is really good. Also burp him more. Keep up being amazing parents. I love y'all!❤🙏🏽

In my family all the men are tough but they are all girl dads and they wouldn’t have it any other way. My niece found out her first child is a girl both grandfather and great grandfather are extremely excited. Her husband is nervous coz he only has brothers. But the advice given to him is a daughter hold the father’s heart. It’s so true. Stay blessed x

If your pelvis was anything like mine, doing headstands will help close the gap your feeling. hopefully that makes sense. With love it has helped me so much. peace and love.
