One of the biggest technology that I like about my 2017 RX (Canada) is the HUD. Unlike some other HUDs (such as some BMWs and Lincon), Lexus HUD displays information directly on the windscreen. There are no plastic/glass frames popping up to display information like speed, gear, collision warning system, etc.
I bought one recently, thought I wanted the F Sport, but when I inquired at my local dealer(tech had one, lived in same city) in the service department I found out you go through tires quickly(25-30k) and mpg is horrible. And I live in a state where AWD isn't needed. I bought the luxury package and got what I really wanted-triple beam headlights, semi analine leather, 12 way adjustable seats(rear heated too) pano roof, & Levinson audio and SO much more! With 10% off msrp I got a great deal. Luxury package all the way folks! 👍🏻
My wife and I are in the market for a RX 350 for some time now but we have a Lexus gs 350 (2010) garage kept with 129,000 miles on it and it runs like a dream. I really hate to get rid of it and especially get into another car pmt. I know I will regret it. I also have a Nissan maxima sv (technically pkg) with Bose speakers a 2011 that is garage kept along with the Lexus and it has just turned over today to 73,000 miles on it. We are both retired and all our debts are paid off including our house and I really think I will regret it if I make the plunge. Someday we will get one but just not now. Thanks for the upload

Lexus seems to have taken a step backwards with this exterior redesign. But the infotainment updates will attract more buyers and I’ve heard resale values are legendary.
Hybrid requires premium vs regular for non hybrid, that’s unfortunate and immediately cancels out a significant portion of the “savings” you apparently are supposed to see at the pump
@Motormouth : Thank you Andrea & Zach for this spot on review. It helped me with my purchase decision. Picked up a 2021 RX350 F Sport 3 (Ultra white/ Sporting red interior), last week!
i have the 2010 model Hybrid version with the superb V6 ! ..reliable car; still runs great with over 270000km. engine most times is understressed; only on Autobahn when going very fast and even then i enjoy its nice sound !! Those 4cylHybrids they offer are just noisy and underpowered !!
2 things my predecessor offers which these newer models since 2015 dont .... 1: headlights which turn into corners depending on speed and steering angle which i much prefer over these cheap fixed on/off lights like in a KIA. 2: airsuspension wich lower the front 10mm and the rear 5mm on Highway driving to get better airflow at a bit more firm ride. But you can lower it by yourself too. Negative side was they had problems with the shocks, but mine are ok so far.

It looks much better. The past version had a look even a mother couldn’t love. Like some wild Wildebeest or something you see on the nature challenge. I know they are good cars but that thing was scary looking.
This car looks great from most angles. But the closer one gets to the front fascia, starting with the front overhang, the more the design falls apart. I love this color, though.
I like this color on it. Anyways, I actually love the previous generations model looks. Also so glad I don't care about phones that I can buy a car without worrying about the lame infotainment systems. All i want is CD player and USB playback which Lexus has. ^__^
The previous generation WAS quite noisy inside. I think mid- to late 2000's/early 2010's was not a great era for Toyota/Lexus. Still reliable and all but their products were a step down from what they should have been. They seem to be coming on strong again in the last few years, which is great.
I have a question for you Motormouth. Our lease on this vehicle is coming to an end next March (22'). We have a 2018 RX350 completely loaded w/ the Mark Levinson, Panoramic Roof, Luxury Pkg., Tech Pkg., etc.. MSRP was $62k. The both of us commute to the city every few weeks for a 300 mile round trip and enjoy the plush, quiet interstate ride, and size/type of the vehicle. My question, is what other vehicles would you recommend in today's landscape if we were to switch up to a different vehicle entirely in the ~60-70k (US) price range?
sanju2 - I agree; in principle. But given how compromised the cabin of a car is (noise, shape of interior, etc), I doubt you’re gonna hear much difference, except when parked. I use AirPlay2 inside (not BT) so I generally agree. Thanks for pointing that out.
Hi guys. Great videos. I have a question for ya. I noticed that you're driving in Vancouver and around the UBC campus (where we live). We're in the marker for a new car and want to get a new RX450h F but the dealers in the Richmond/Vancouver areas refuse to discount the car in anyway because it's a hybrid. Is this normal? The only incentives they are offering are a reduced finance rate of 2.4%. We love the car but have never ever paid sticker price for a car.
Yes, the car market right now is super tight with very few cars so not many deals. Go to www.carcostcanada.com and sign up with the promo code Motormouth to get the dealer's cost etc.

I was stunned when I went to a Lexus dealer to look at the RX and the driver's seat didn't have 4-way lumbar. I asked if any version/trim level of the RX had it, and the salesman said no. If this is true, all I can say is, "Seriously? In a $75k vehicle?" Due to back pain, 4-way lumbar is a requirement. And I had my heart set on the RX. Please, someone tell me that the salesman was wrong!!!!
none of the Rx has 4 ways lumbar support. I'm pretty upset with this too as I went to test drive BMW X3, X5, X7 oh my god they are gorgeous cars, but only for gorgeous, reliability is still in question.

Before i clicked on the video, i saw only Andrea on the picture. I thought, that's it, she's got Zack's job!
These rx 350's are a great deal used.
In what way are they a better deal than other used crossovers?
Davis Lawrence Lexus certified comes with 2 yr free services and 6 yr unlimited mileage warranty. Sometimes they offer 0.9% interest too.
@sanju2 no, but I'd say a lot of that perceived reliability is priced in, negating some of the "great deal"
@Sacha Vasiliev ? I do not have a Kia and do not understand why you'd think so
@Sacha Vasiliev I have '18 Mustang GT, not that it really pertains to whether used RX are a great deal
The quietness of that cabin is where the cash is!
Any review with Andrea in, is definitely one that I'm watching from beginning to end - great job!!!
