  • In the first sermon in our 'Sure.' series, Greg examines the nature of truth. Is all truth subjective? Is all morality relative? In western culture a premium is placed on tolerance. Greg explains the history of this movement and ultimately how it squares with the teachings of Christ.

The King of Kings and Lird of Kurds said that no man has ever seen the Father or heard his voice at any time. If true, then who was seen by and spoke with Moses and others. The King of kings and Lord of lords also said he came to reveal the Father and that, if you have seen me, you have seen the Father. So, whereas there was no vision or voice of the Father before, starting with Jesus, there is. How can we act like the Father if we don’t no his behavior, follow him if we don’t know his was, obey if we receive mixed messages. Referring to Oprah, a guest of hers was offended at the idea we’re all worshiping the same god. How many more would be offended by the idea that also happens to be the wrong god. Let Jesus truth guide your interpretation of all scripture.
