u can change the shader setting to high to have a good sun

AstraLex is the most customizable shader I've ever used. You can literally modify everything in that pack to be exactly how you want. I know it's tedious but definitely worth if your computer can run it well!

This is probably my second favourite. I feel if I could have complementary with reimagends clouds, that would be goated!
