I wasn't familiar with the term scorpiacciata (literary: feasting, gourmandizing if not gluttony), always something new to discover in your vids. One of my own staple all-year scents is Blenheim Bouquet by Penhaligon.
Good video. I have so many colognes. Kyle, you grew up in church. Have you ever thought of doing a video on dressing “Sunday best.” I never know if I’m being too formal or too casual.
I've mostly not considered cologne for years due to scent free guidelines where I've worked, but I feel like tastefully applied cologne as you demonstrate would not necessarily run afoul of those as long as there's not people who would have serious sensitivities I'd need to account for. I imagine higher quality products based on natural ingredients may be less problematic for folks with scent allergies. Food for thought or is it scent for thought in this case I guess?
It seems that the decorated body through variable visual aesthetics if complemented with perfect scent can transport a mortal into the Olympian pantheon for a charismatic impact.
I always give my girlfriend the option to chose my cologne. There's many smells I like that's at bath and body works, She has a better sense of what she loves which is thoughtful.
I like most of the scents from Royall Lyme of Bermuda and use whichever one I am in the mood for that day. I guess i have a certain amount of valid instinct, because I always think their Lyme scent is better on warm and sunny days.
Fun fact: the scent combo of orange & clove is associated with the middle of winter in multiple european countries. Also spicy fruity scents that approach gluh-wein.
Good basic survey. I'm a full fledged FragHead. I love ambergris, when it's the clean oceanic/marine accord, the way Creed does it. Check out Creed EROLFA. The thing about the term "Cologne" is that in the USA it is used in a generic sense, as in a masculine perfume, regardless of actual fragrance molecule concentration. Many of us American males have a hangup and consider the term "perfume" to be feminine, so don't use it for our own fragrances. And not all fragrances with the word "Cologne" in its name are of Eau de Cologne concentration. For example, Paul Sebastian Fine Cologne is a very strong performing fragrance with a concentration higher than EDC.
The disappointment in this is that there was no warning to NOT spray Passion Fruit Spray into your mouth at the department store. Loved the Orestes and MacBeth though.
To quote the kid Entering the Sears store, in Edmonton, Alberta, in 1996, "THIS PLACE STINKS!" Kids mom: "it smell nice, it's the perfume counter" Kid "IT STINKS!!!!!!!"
As citizen of germany who leaves near cologne, this city is very confusing
Über sieben Brücken mußt Du gehen 🤣
Køln

I always love the humor mixed in with the useful tips and info. Great channel!
The best thing to happen to this channel is it embracing silliness!
I love gentleman's gazette and how it explains its content perfectly

Thank you so much for putting out such great videos on this topic. You guys are a one of a kind channel.
Nice suit and I have to try that scent
Great video as always. I’d like to ask if you would consider doing a “gentleman of style” on Theodore Roosevelt?

Excellent additions, thank you!
Great❤
Let’s go!
I keep it easy, I don't bother with any of it. Doesn't matter the branding, all I can smell is the carrier.
The disappointment in this is that there was no warning to NOT spray Passion Fruit Spray into your mouth at the department store.
Loved the Orestes and MacBeth though.
Paco rabanne 1 million is my favorite
👍🏾👌🏾

The shoes need a proper shoeshine!
But the furies harassed oristes because he killed his mother hmm
I think It’s called Koln, but you’d better ask Raphael
Seems like way too much of a headache and too much work

Instant Dislike!
Guys you are style gods but not fragrance though.. So many mistakes here
