Sightseeing in Greece - The ACROPOLIS of Athens

In this video we're taking a look at the Acropolis of Athens as we explore Greece's most visited sightseeing spot. We'll look at the iconic Parthenon and why it is so special, as well as the Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Athena Promachos Statue, Erechtheion, and 2 theatres on the slopes of the Acropolis. I'll also explain a little about the people who built it and the history of this ancient citadel.
The Acropolis such an amazing example of ancient Greek architecture. A testament to the skill of the ancient Greeks.
