I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my body lately, but now I am wondering if this is an HSP situation? 🤔
On and off, I have been waking up in terror some mornings, a sense of impending doom, with nothing that has particularly triggered it.
As a pattern it seems to happen before a major earthquake hits somewhere, but that is just my speculation it could just very well be coincidence. One of those correlation doesn’t mean causation situations. 🤷🏻♀️ idk
Whether or not that has any validity, the feeling I have been having is a lot like what I imagine being in an earthquake would feel like. It’s as if my very foundation (that which is supposed to feel very stable) becomes very unstable, and the feeling of insecurity from that is terrifying.
