Every game development are driven by the marketing team through "research". Even now, the games I'm excited for are no longer AAA games but the lesser AA studios and indie devs.

Coupled with the low fire chance and HE damage? At tier seven, the Odin is only really significantly scaring the british lights, heavies, american lights, russians, french. The japanese, germans, italians are all mostly to completely safe from deletion by angling if find themselves in a 1v1 with an Odin. A cruiser against an uptiered battleship, and they feel little or even no fear... that just sounds wrong.
The WG art department is legitimately the only thing I miss after I stopped playing the game, those guys are amazing at what they do. Such a shame this game is run by the marketing department making sloppy hatesex with the balancing department and the ever unloved UI stepchild.

By far the absolute coolest feature they've ever added to WOWS is building ships. I can't wait til my new gaming PC arrives later this week so I can have competent WOWS gameplay again.

With Lion concealment the majority of the damage you should take is in a brawl, where a stronger heal and more HP will help you survive more than a potential 5th heal. Also that the effective HP of SE or SI are extremely close together.
