Job is sapping all the energy & whatever time remains people are more likely to "scroll" instead of finding a good movie or play a game which in itself are rare commodities these days. Thats why I've stocked away good old serials & games which I enjoy during my dinner or days off. I've never consume any of these brain cncer contents .

I was never aware of this side of INDIAN UA-cam! I only watched the first video of Mr Beast a few days ago and felt it was boring. Our parents had it easy. They just warned us not to be in the company of Bad people and we had a safe environment at home with the correct value system but now wondering what I might have to go through after 20 -25 years if my future kids get exposed to such content on YT.
Parents still need to be responsible, yes it's harder to do so but there are many measures...even in the western world, parents but parental controls on the internet so children can only access what they need for school work etc, they take the time to monitor what kind of content kids consume and teach them. Some children are required to give their phone to their parents after a certain time

Yes, This is Affecting Children. A few days back I saw my younger brother asking me to buy him a mystery box after he saw the video on Slaypop Channel. I gave him a half-hour lecture to make him understand that if every box has more valuable items than the box's price, then the company making these boxes will go bankrupt. I think this where the concept of “Mr. Beatification” that has been in talks with western youtubers comes into play. It becomes a self sufficient money cycle. Make content = make money = use money to create bigger content = make even bigger money. Which leads to people only watching this stuff and leaving genuine content creators behind.
Its weird how youtubers which started with different type of content have started making content which is just about their lavish lifestyle and amount of money they earn. i really liked early flying beast vids where he used to talk about random topics. At this point buying something expensive like a sports car or fancy car isn't even a expense for them but it is a investment as it can be used to farm views.

I believe students in school should be under strict supervision to monitor their digital consumption. no you're right! i used to like watching gamerfleet's vlogs but these days i just don't relate to his lavish lifestyle content (and this is not me being jealous like good for him!). Watching my favourite youtubers unboxing 100 mystery boxes just put me off for some reason; i was almost influenced... i think the reason people enjoy watching such videos is to vicariously live through these people, escapsim and also a genuine curiosity.

Vedant Bhai, I think your thumbnail idea is simple & great to create an identity, but I think the background colour needs a little variation before it gets monotonous. You can assign colours for each case maybe red for tragedy/dark side stuff, yellow for alert, blue for positive etc etc. you can figure it out.

Imo there's nothing wrong with the content. Parents should monitor their childs to a certain age, & tell them about real life, that what they are watching, what should they watch, what their limits. If any kid influenced by a mystery box or any type of product video and bought the product then it's not the influencer fault it's fault of their parents. I understood that our past generation wouldn't know all about this but i think that era passing rapidly now newly parents should understood this things and control their childs that much needed & gave them internet literacy.
I am 19 years old and i take tution of few kid's and they are obsessed with phone they are obsessed with insta and yt i am 19 still i don't use insta they are just 5 years old kids I tried to tell them that watch yt kids learn poems but they just see for few minutes when i will go to my home they'll again start watching shorts and adding insta story adding songs in photo's and all I am tried of saying to there parents but they say he'll cry we also have to do work and all excuses
After watching these gamers videos my brother of 12 years age always says that he wants play station pc to play these games and all...i have tried to make him stop watching it but then starts crying and shouting at me...last time i tried to make him get in watching travel vlogs and explained that you will see new things about world like development of other countries how people live there, different culture and knowledge about history but after watching 2-3 videos he went again to watch these gamers and these challenges video...what can i do but now it's turn less as summer vacation are over whole vacation he watch these videos like 6 to 8 hours and he never went to play in this whole vacation...I am worried about him😕😫

Even if he didn't watch these kinds of videos, of children in his class have a gaming console, he would be throwing tantrums because of FOMO. In every generation there is always something a child wants which is perhaps on the "wrong path" or unattainable for a middle class family to afford...the only difference is how they are exposed to it, temptations have always been there
I started feeling the same when I was 19,20 years old. And most of the time when I see younger people imitating these influencers I always make them cautious of them. In return I get hate sometimes things like I don't have much influence and money but I know I am doing the right thing. On average 3/5 people when they meet me after 1-2 years they always tell me how I was right in saying that most of the so called influencers are simply harmful to society then they praise me. The point is you are doing these videos being a youtuber is actually a great slap to those influencers and tremendous effort in making youth more aware of their content consumption. 👍

I have no problem, they will have to work hard, even a student from IIT also does it.... it is just different, they are getting 2 times the hard work and the creators get 1000 times. The audience that watches them, most of 70% are people between 16-22 years of age, some of whom consider the creators as gods. I literally even noticed the children in my society… people are not actually getting influenced by them but are creating their virtual world by watching their lifestyle, which will never be true. There are a lot of youths in India but due to lack of education, their maturity level is very low. After all, what will they get by watching the creators? If they want to do something in their life, they will have to put in efforts and what are they doing, they are getting the feel by watching their lifestyle. no you're right! i used to like watching gamerfleet's vlogs but these days i just don't relate to his lavish lifestyle content (and this is not me being jealous like good for him!). Watching my favourite youtubers unboxing 100 mystery boxes just put me off for some reason; i was almost influenced... i think the reason people enjoy watching such videos is to vicariously live through these people, escapsim and also a genuine curiosity.

Imo there's nothing wrong with the content. Parents should monitor their childs to a certain age, & tell them about real life, that what they are watching, what should they watch, what their limits. If any kid influenced by a mystery box or any type of product video and bought the product then it's not the influencer fault it's fault of their parents. I started feeling the same when I was 19,20 years old. And most of the time when I see younger people imitating these influencers I always make them cautious of them. In return I get hate sometimes things like I don't have much influence and money but I know I am doing the right thing. On average 3/5 people when they meet me after 1-2 years they always tell me how I was right in saying that most of the so called influencers are simply harmful to society then they praise me. The point is you are doing these videos being a youtuber is actually a great slap to those influencers and tremendous effort in making youth more aware of their content consumption.

I have no problem, they will have to work hard, even a student from IIT also does it.... it is just different, they are getting 2 times the hard work and the creators get 1000 times. The audience that watches them, most of 70% are people between 16-22 years of age, some of whom consider the creators as gods. I literally even noticed the children in my society… people are not actually getting influenced by them but are creating their virtual world by watching their lifestyle, which will never be true. There are a lot of youths in India but due to lack of education, their maturity level is very low. After all, what will they get by watching the creators?
