Really? I used to ship them so much and then moved onto rouge and shadow but watching all the sonic games, movies and shows again makes me realise how much I miss sonamy
i thought sega specifically mandated that characters cant be romantic post ken penders setting fire to everything and then bolting with his two-bit OCs to never do anything of relevance ever again
Sonic definitely has feelings for her. It’s obvious even if he doesn’t admit it. In Sonic Boom, when they try to cheer Amy up when she was grieving for her bee friend, he hesitantly says, “Let’s..talk.. about our feel-ings..”, and when he sarcastically said in Fuzzy Puppy Buddies, “A date? I mean that’s cool. Why do I care?”, then tells Tails, Sticks and Knuckles who were looking at him, “Stop looking at me.”

This was so great from the different comics, the music, how well it’s done and just everything overall I wish he was like this in the games be he doesn’t because he loves to run and be free but he also knows if he’s with her that she’ll become a bigger target so he has to keep running to keep her safe
