Why would or would not the runway heading be incorrect in the computer? How do we know, and what’s the downside if it’s wrong? I love DH’s tutorials, combined with Bogeydope’s ‘in 60 seconds’ shorts and Iain Christie’s iron bombing series, I’m mostly covered.
The wind direction could have changed from when the flight was planned to when you takeoff. This would change the selection of the runway. Only real issue is that the guidance for approach and extended centre line shown on the central indicator would be wrong. Thanks for the support!
I didn't know about the AOA' on HUD indicator during takeoff. An interesting tutorial.
it's amazing how much information gets hidden in the symbology if you didn't know about it. great tutorial!
Very true, the Viggen is all mysterious symbology but it's easy to read once you know how it works.
This things HUD is amazing. Barring not having a full ladder it seems better than a US style HUD.
Excellent. Keep em coming ! I love the Viggen. It's weird but fun.
I just started learning the Viggen and these have ben awesome so far. Keep it up!

Of note: The flaps on the forward wings will retract as you raise your gear, so be prepared to lose a little lift as that happens.
