Set in Stone sounds good. Wow, that Rosanne White book is GORGEOUS. Liked your thoughts on Dear Henry.

I had to read The Scarlet Pimpernel in high school and remember loving it. I've thought about rereading it. Maybe I will. I'm also a fan of Pepper Basham's writing.

You should!! I read it along with my mom and my 18 yr old daughter, and we all loved it.

Hope Between Pages and A Lady's Guide to Marvels and Misadventures both sound really good! And you're the second person I've seen with Dear Henry, Love Edith as your most disappointing book (and it might be mine too)

I feel like it could have been SO good, but I’ve seen a lot of people that love it. I guess the author just isn’t for me.

@@CandlewickLibrary I'm not reading nearly as much as I was. I keep falling asleep. I'm reading too late at night.

Please let me know when you read We Were The Lucky Ones this year. I don't think I will have time to read it this month. That would be a good book to buddy read especially since you have watched the movie.

Uprising sounds good! I’ll have to check out the Angela Bell! Is it Christian fiction?
