Your parents raised you right!!!! I give you so much credit, in my neighborhood the kids don’t want to do crap other then play video games. Even worst is that their parents support this laziness and lack of ambition. Go get them kiddo, you will be a success in your life.
Thanks George! Paving the way for the future. How did you enjoy using the Powermax HD? I kinda want one for my business as a single stage in this deep snow= not ideal
You can definitely make good money doing snow removal. In still running a pretty basic snow removal setup with just a snow shovel and fertilizer spreader
There's many ways to do snow removal. Every situation is different when it comes to snow. I just have a few shovels, 2 single stage snowblowers, and a cheap scotts spreader.
Glad to see you're back. I made $140 last week blowing snow. it was hard work but made some decent money. I would never shovel snow, good way to kill your back.
I do 5 houses (plus my grandparent's, which I don't really count as business) and I make anywhere from $125 up to $200, depending on the amount of snow
@@andyslawncareandoutdooradv I’m gunna be honest with you man, I just got inspired by ur video and just now I made 12 flyers to go give to my neighbors and to see if they will let me shovel there driveway, we got about 7 inches and I’m pricing at anywhere from $20-30. Thank you sm lol I’m gunna go get that 💰
I find the money grab for teens/younger people doing snow. Is so snow remove for a snow company and use a skid steer and do parking lots. I had done it 2 snow seasons ago and made $25 an hour.
Look into a gorilla cart, you can lift the blower into that ( mine only weighs about 80lbs so it's manageable to lift) and then pull it around in the cart
I usually keep a few shovels in my garage just in case. Menards typically has inexpensive shovels that I have found to hold up decently well for 10-15 dollars. Hope this helps!
Hi I’m 13 and me and my friends created a snow shoveling business we live in Minnesota and it snows a lot and it’s probably going to snow until April, i’m thinking i’m charging about $30 per house and I’m going to the rich neighborhood, but the only thing I’m scared about is my hours which are 2-8pm personally do you think that’s OK? I talk to a few of my friends and I’m pretty sure they went out until 8 PM so I don’t really know if it’s bad😭
Last week we had 4 inches of snow and I was out until about 10 (snow stopped around 7:30) and people were fine with that but I wouldn't be out later then that or earlier then 5:30 if you do morning snow runs. As far as if your hours are good, I would ask the homeowner before taking on work but most people are lenient and should be good with that
i have a question um when you shovel other peoples driveways do you ask them for extra change or give them a specific price (btw im sorry if you already answered this in the video i havent finished watching it 😅)
Good job bro, great info, great attitude, amazing work ethic. Keep going man!
Thank you!

How to market your business and how to get customers. What is your main price
Great vid
Thank you
How Mann inches do you consider a medium snow storm
Varies from area to area, but for my area 4-6" is medium, 2-3" is small, 6+ is large. Hope that helps!
@@andyslawncareandoutdooradv Thank you so much hope you have a great day
Good video
Thank you!
I'm actually 30 so I'm definitely not a teenager anymore but I wood like to make some extra cash in and possibly get more exercise
The same advice and principles will apply! Good luck to you!
I know you said you don’t talk about pricing but how many houses do you do and how much do you make per day when you do snow removal

That's solid pay as well! I suppose if you wanted to you could also work for a sidewalk shoveling crew as well. Thanks for the comment
bro but how do i carry the blower around its heavy if i needa like go 20 blocks away how do i do it
Look into a gorilla cart, you can lift the blower into that ( mine only weighs about 80lbs so it's manageable to lift) and then pull it around in the cart
Ok so like I'm asking for my lil brother who wants to do this.. what if you don't have a good quality shovel or it breaks while shoveling the snow?
I usually keep a few shovels in my garage just in case. Menards typically has inexpensive shovels that I have found to hold up decently well for 10-15 dollars. Hope this helps!
@@andyslawncareandoutdooradv My lil bro says thank you for replying with the advice! Love the video aswell very clear.
@@MidwestNorthstarProductions Glad I could help!
Is it ok if we go straight to the door and ask to do it right there
Yep! That's how I got started was I went around and knocked on doors after a snow.
@@andyslawncareandoutdooradv thanks man
I have one question. How do they pay you? Do you just go up to their door after your done or what
Usually they come to the door when they see I'm just about finished and pay me
