Where coincidentally mob's cycle ended some time right before the overall cycle breaks for our main crew in Blood of the Dead and so on so forth. And just like ComeradeRay said, the roman map "IX" isn't related to the Aether story which is what most people are familiar with regardless of how much zombies they've played. That map and all the Chaos story ones that came with bo4 was basically supposed to be a fresh start for Treyarch zombies after Aether concluded in the SAME game. Just some heads up for a final super easter egg on Buried you’ll want to make sure that all four players have also completed the easter eggs on Transit and Die Rise
2 tips. 1- shoot at the zombies feet with the ray gun. It has splash damage which is more effective than a direct hit. 2- crawlers will need to hit you about ever minute or two or else it will despawn. You just have to take a hit from it now and then. This will stay the norm going forward
These videos are always a blast!! It's so fascinating to see your first reactions and gamer instincts as someone who has never played before. You play in unintended ways that I would never think of before, and it's fascinating to watch you learn in real time the things that at this point us long time players don't even think about. It's 2nd hand nature to us whereas you don't even know what to do until you realize it live! THAT'S SO COOL!!!
By the way you seem to have mixed up two different expressions, second hand and second nature mean very different things and as far as I’m aware don’t make any sense when combined into the expression “second hand nature” which you said in your comment.
them saying the avogadro is "probably richtofen" is the moment i realized these guys understand everything that can possibly be understood about the zombies story lmfao
@@Drone8900 Past Origins (arguably Buried) the story enters the Marvel post-Endgame problem (years before Marvel did even) of it being hard to care about anything because of the sheer scope of the story and all the retcons and abrupt additions. Also the writing just isn't as good in general.
@@fulldisclosureiamamonster2786 that last little bit is very subjective depending on what you like in a story. i do have to agree that the over-arching elements of the zombies story got very bad, especially with the need to explain EVERYTHING and leaving nothing to speculation or mystery, but the character moments that were created by the writers are easily the highlights for me in terms of the story.
Avogadro is not Richtofen, at the time of Transit Richthofen is in the moon pyramid and controlling the zombies. Avogadro IIRC was the leading instructor for the Broken Arrow Facility in Alpha Omega (Nuketown) that went mad when he touched the pyramid reconstruction. That's BO4 Lore tho, so foreshadowing.
Also, the shield is going to be something important since this game, it will be like a "cheap" juggernug and in this game there's a new mechanic called the "perma perks", you get them when you see like a green glow and it happened to you at the 34:52, you got the insta kill perma perk and at the 1:20:14 you got another one which gives you a better probability to get better weapons from the mistery box.
I believe to get the better role mystery box you just need to keep hitting it repeatedly quickly You'll see the green flash, and then there will be a teddy bear sitting on the mystery box when you aren't spinning it. To lose this I believe not spending the box enough makes it go away. Odd
@@matthewboyd8689 According to the CoD wiki you get the teddy bear permaperk by rolling the box several times before round 10 and accepting everything you get, and lose it by not accepting what you get from the box five times in a row after round 10. However the permaperk page on the CoD wiki should be taken with a grain of salt because of the completely speculative nature of permaperks, and it's possible that any number of things in it are wrong, like how for years it said you lose permaJugg automatically at round 15 until a recent UA-cam video discovered you actually lose it specifically by buying Juggernog after round 15.
I genuinely used to actually hear the bus horn outside of tranzit because of how much I played it as a kid, used to be playing Minecraft or halo reach and then bang I hear the bus horn and its almost like a ptsd where I expect the bus to arrive in front of me when I hear it so that last part about hearing bus horns in your brain got me shakin in my boots man
Here's a good tip to NOT end the round : keep a zombie but don't make it a crawler. He will be faster but he will take a lot longer to die. If you want to keep one indefinitely the safer way is to keep 2 zombies (no crawlers)
I particularly love to see where you form opinions on popular community talking points, like the SMR and War machine being bad. I also love when you notice something for the first time, like how you can/are supposed to get off the bus in between some areas, or when you notice the green light lamp posts are all around Tranzit. I also love the things you pick up in time, like not building the turbine until after a full loop, or that the turret is awful, or even finding out which parts are bus parts. I particularly loved the theory that the ladder was for getting up at power, because that's a theory I would never have thought about after already knowing what it can do!!
Don't feel bad about having no Perks for the Easter Egg. If you buy a perk using a turbine, you have to leave your turbine at that spot. Otherwise, the power to themachine cuts out and your perk phases out (you'll still have it, but the opacity of the perk icon on your hud is quite obviously halved.
@@kurtispittman2103 very true I never did the maxis Easter egg because of this But I can't remember doing any of the new crews Easter eggs, only did mob of the dead and however far I could get with origins (all 4 staffs and ice & lightning upgraded)

I also like being brought along your experiences because I personally have thought the same about zombies but knew it was going to a slog to get through them and experience them. Thank you for uploading this stuff, really happy that you guys are also enjoying it and enjoying yourselves. Thumbs up, as always!!
Watching you guys discover everything meanwhile a lot of us did this as kids growing up while it was live it’s truly amazing and entertaining to watch. Love your guys channel. Keep up the good work.
I can't lie, I'm not dissing them but fuck me, it took me about 0.3 seconds to figure out the buildable at spawn and power and it streeeessed me out watching them try to figure it out even tho it had me laughing like fuck
*Am sad that he doesn't care about the Nuketown eye color change at round 25* Because you didn't mention it, I'll note that it's cool not as some random side Easter egg like the 3k door that spawns an occasional drop, but for story implications! This map takes place at the same time as Moon, which explains why the rockets fall at the end of the game. You can even hear the Tranzit bus in the distance, and one of the Tranzit characters can be heard inside the Nuketown bunker!!!
Seeing him trade the dsr for the war machine on nuketown brought me physical pain... keep up the good work on the videos btw, these have been a blast and are what introduced me to your channel.
Man this video series is really taking me back to when I was fiending for CoD Zombies content back in like middle school/high school. The joys of discovering secrets is definitely felt. Love it.
If you haven't already recorded stuff for Die Rise yet, there's a new "special round". But in that round, if you kill all enemies with a knife, you get a free perk bottle. Technically you have to get 100 percent accuracy, but knifes can't ever count as a miss!
I thought you guys had given up on this series now that MWII is out, was so hyped to see the new episode, and I can’t wait for the mob and origins episodes.
Thank you so so much for playing the Zombies Maps. Loving your surprised and honest reactions. Your laughter is very contagious and I've wiped tears of my face several times.😂 Top quality entertainment!
You guys said you didn’t quite understand the difference between the old and new double tap so here is a good explanation. Both versions of double tap double your damage per second but they do it in different ways. The old version doubles your rate of fire. The new version doubles your damage per bullet. This means that with the old version you ran out of ammo twice as fast, whereas the new version is still able to double your dps but without causing any ammo issues.
I have to say that I think this is my favorite series you guys have ever done. I was skeptical at first and now I'm over 3 hours into binging this series. Can't wait for episode 5.
Little late to the party but just wanted to say a big thanks for these videos. It’s clear an absolute TON of effort and time goes into them - seriously appreciate that considering you guys aren’t even full time Zombies guys. These games have been around for ages and so many content creators know them like the back of their hands. It’s seriously refreshing and entertaining watching new players check them out for the first time in 2022 - seeing your reactions to discovering things for the first time was really cool. I was genuinely impressed with how well you both figured Tranzit out on your own. You were both comically bad at the start, and now you’re doing EEs on your own. Kudos. Would love to hear a retrospect at the end of this whole EE run. What games you enjoyed the most, what maps you enjoyed the most, what maps/games you thought were objectively the best/worst, thoughts on characters. Has potential for a lot of views if you do it as a tier list with a funky title (e.g. first time players rank all the maps - with a lil more clickbait obvs) These games have very little good content created for them nowadays - you guys are an absolute golden nugget. Appreciate it pals
@@blmao5150It has 80 ammo max and is a 1 shot kill until round 16. Even with double tap and speed cola it is literally impossible to run out of ammo with it in 10 seconds even if you try. With double tap and PAP it can 1 shot until round 36. You would have to be blind and physically handicapped to only be able to kill 20 zombies with 80-100 1 shot kill bullets.
I like how you guys have never played any Zombies before, particularly BO2 zombies, yet were able to tell within the first game or two that the War Machine and SMR are god-awful! Definitely two guns that belong on the Zombies community wall-of-shame. Looking forward to the next one!
Huge zombies fan (till BO4) I have binge watched this series and love every part! I still play on my XB360 just for BOII zombies. Buried and Mob of the Dead are the best Zombies maps, period. Brings back so many memories! The story time and little jokes are hilarious 😅 Youll have to deep dive into perma-perks for BOII too…
So For Tranzit and BO2 onwards. Ballistic Knive when packapunched can revive fallen comrades. Permaperks exit in BO2 which gives special bonuses for certain things. Like in Die Riese you can at low levels get a free Raygun when buying the Olympia if you know what to do. The Shield is easily one of the most useful and reliable buildable. Each and every new map features a unique perk, which can help you out if you know it. EMP grenades can stun zombies easily
Some advice for when you're playing BO3. Every time the match ends, a ~30 second video will play showing some images from a spooky forest. It gets pretty annoying tho so you wanna go into your BO3 files and specifically a folder called videos. Either delete or rename the forest file and it means each time your game ends, you'll just have a 5-10 second black or blue screen and you'll be in the lobby.
I love this series ! Your discovery recaptures exactly what I felt back in the day. The excitement from discovery that turns into hate for the map is a common trend, but I still believe that zombies is a place where CoD devs have had a chance to be super creative gameplay and narration-wise, at a time where the franchise was mostly expected to be more and more codified. Can’t wait for the rest !
something to note in the future: you can't own both versions of the raygun at the same time. if you have the normal raygun you won't get the mark 2 from the box, and if you have the mark 2 you won't get the original from the box. if you want to get the other raygun you need to trade the one you have out for a different weapon before spinning the box.
Still absolutely love this series. The patience you had during this video was quite insane. Pretty sure enough people pointed this out already but still: As soon as you damage a crawler it will start to bleed out and die if u dont let him hit you. Also from now on the shield is one of your best friends, using it is definetly recommended.
I gotta say, I'm loving all of these and Your journey through CoD Zombies. I remember playing Black Ops zombies way back in the day with a friend of mine, Wandering through Kino and falling in love with the franchise and the concept. I remember seeing the trailer for Bo2 Zombies as a kid and being so excited. I played this map with my brother so many times, but admittedly I've never done any of the Easter Eggs for any of the games before so in a way, I'm learning all this stuff for the first time too. The only zombies I haven't played yet are Black Ops 4 and Cold War, but I have a feeling I'll be able to catch up pretty well.
Seeing you guys learn all the maps in bo2 really takes me back to my freshman and sophomore year of highschool when me and one of my highschool friends would hang out at his place and we'd play bo2 zombies after school.
To answer your question about crawlers, sometimes, like very sometimes, when you get a crawler, it may depend on how much damage you have done to its health, a invisible timer will start until it just dies, this is a lot more noticeable in BO4 later on but no so much so in these games, also don’t forget to grab the nav card from transit! It it’s to the right of the mystery box, just hug the right side of the bus depot around the lava puddle to find the nav card, you will need it for the die Riese nav card table!
Long time zombies fan and someone very new to your channel, this series has been excellent so far, and considering I came here for the actual zombies gameplay, which itself is also very entertaining, I just wanted to say the Reginald intermission segments have had me in stitches, I don't know if that is a long running gag of the channel but those are quality. Definitely going to be keeping up with uploads from now on.
Lovin the videos. To offer some guidance, here are some tips: -Zombie shield protects your back from getting swiped. Wear it -In black ops 2, crawlers will die after a time. I usually keep two walkers as the last one will sprint at you. -I haven’t played in a long time, but I would suggest buying your perks, THEN turning off the power. Hope that helps
I would recommend just running around with a normal zombie if you have things to do around the map, most of the time the zombie won’t really be an issue and you won’t risk the crawler randomly dying.
With the crawlers, on Black Ops 2, if you hurt a zombie then it will die if you move too far away from it. For future Easter Eggs, I suggest just not hurting the last Zombie and leaving it as a full sprinter - may be a bit more awkward to get things done but the Zombie won’t bleed out and die at least. Other than that, I am loving this series guys - I know Zombies can be stressful at times and as complete newbies you’re really putting yourself through the meat grinder on this one but it’s creating a super enjoyable series, especially as someone who’s been playing since World At War Zombies! Keep it up guys!
alright, you want sum tranzit lore? here we go. so for starters, maxis was not happy to find out her daughter was richtofenn. so that end up in a battle where the two dumbass lost in a tie, leaving them underpowered for round 2. so they ask for help to survivors of the moon incident. maxis being a pro to be a electric man, talks to the victis crew through radios with the power of electricity, richtoffen only could comunicate with zombies so it was much harder for someone to listen to him. fortunately, stuhlinger (the white haired guy) was a former member of a group who eats zombies, called the flesh. stuhlinger can hear richtoffen voice because he ate a zombie wich richtoffen was controlling so he and a vast majority of the flesh could hear richtoffen. so the story here is that the victis are powering up some tower wich channels power in either maxis or richtoffen (depends on the route you chose) why they want power? easy, they need power to control what's basically heaven, agartha. who controls agartha, controls souls, zombies and literally the future of worlds. so if maxis controls agartha. he will punish richtoffen. if richtoffen controls agartha, he will punish maxis there's a lot more going on but if a say it. it be a spoiler to you guys. but yeah, that was the amazing tranzit lore, in die rise you do pretty much the same thing but with extra suffering. so yeah, that was tranzit lore
This game has a fckd up mechanic which consists in, when u damaged a zombie, if he dies bc of whatever reason (mostly despawn bc ure too far or simply die bc it was too much time alive, like a bleed out thing) it will not respawned since u damaged him and it will permantly die, making the round end, so my advice is, leave more than one, or leave one but do not touch him. Great video man keep it up!
From what I remember about the crawlers they have a timer to bleed out but resets when it hits you, also has to do with a pacing thing of the crawler is somewhere where there is no players so the round can continue without having to search for the last zombie
I remember always trying to get the ballistic knife intentionally. When PaP'd and with a bowie knife or galva knuckles, it's a 1 hit melee up to close to round 20, I forgot exactly what round. The added benefit of being able to revive your teammates from a long range is invaluable when you get used to it.
Crawlers will bleed out quite often in BO2 in particular, but not other games. Just have someone “train” (lead a sprinter/sprinters in a circle) the last zombie until you need to progress the round. Training also helps mid round if your just trying to survive or need to progress the rounds for an Easter egg.
Love the series! BO2 introduced double pack-a-punching (kinda) throw your PaP’d gun in again to get a different optic. I really enjoyed doing this for the DSR for iron sights. Also check out perma perks!!!!
These videos are always a real treat!! Good idea playing Nuketown first to get a feel of the game. Once you get to Black Ops 3, you should play "The Giant" map first for the same reason!
You basically have to in the Maxis side, since power is off, granted the Turbine is an option, but given how intermittent it can be, perkless may as well be your option

That’s why I just use a regular zombie, more specifically the last 2 zombies instead of the last one as it will stop the sprinting.
Any zombie that has taken damage will die after a certain amount of time, if you keep a fresh undamaged zombie he will never randomly die.
@@Unsaid86 yes
I don’t think they respawned until bo3 I could be wrong about that though but I thought tht was a new mechanic in bo3
@@jobin45-27 nah they’ve respawned for me in bo2.
Just some heads up for a final super easter egg on Buried you’ll want to make sure that all four players have also completed the easter eggs on Transit and Die Rise
And for the same side. Maxis is Canon, but Rictofen has 4 gun mule kick and possession.

Should be said that perma Perks really ain't that great with a few exceptions, like PHD or the sniper perma perk on Buried

I believe to get the better role mystery box you just need to keep hitting it repeatedly quickly
You'll see the green flash, and then there will be a teddy bear sitting on the mystery box when you aren't spinning it.
I genuinely used to actually hear the bus horn outside of tranzit because of how much I played it as a kid, used to be playing Minecraft or halo reach and then bang I hear the bus horn and its almost like a ptsd where I expect the bus to arrive in front of me when I hear it so that last part about hearing bus horns in your brain got me shakin in my boots man
Glad you guys enjoyed this game so far!
Here's a good tip to NOT end the round : keep a zombie but don't make it a crawler. He will be faster but he will take a lot longer to die. If you want to keep one indefinitely the safer way is to keep 2 zombies (no crawlers)
as long as you don’t hit the zombie in any way they’ll live forever

If you haven't already recorded stuff for Die Rise yet, there's a new "special round". But in that round, if you kill all enemies with a knife, you get a free perk bottle. Technically you have to get 100 percent accuracy, but knifes can't ever count as a miss!

Loving this series so much,it’s so fun and rewatchable.
I saw this and immediately clicked. Easily one ofy favourite series on UA-cam!
I thought you guys had given up on this series now that MWII is out, was so hyped to see the new episode, and I can’t wait for the mob and origins episodes.
It was funny seeing you using the SMR, I don't know why they decided to make that the SMR shoot didin't go where you're aiming
Thank you so so much for playing the Zombies Maps. Loving your surprised and honest reactions. Your laughter is very contagious and I've wiped tears of my face several times.😂 Top quality entertainment!
Every time you guys release a new episode marks a new best day of my life
You guys said you didn’t quite understand the difference between the old and new double tap so here is a good explanation.
Both versions of double tap double your damage per second but they do it in different ways. The old version doubles your rate of fire. The new version doubles your damage per bullet. This means that with the old version you ran out of ammo twice as fast, whereas the new version is still able to double your dps but without causing any ammo issues.
The nostalgia on this one is crazy, so many memories playing this game on 360 w buddies.
Also I can’t wait for Mob of the dead
Has potential for a lot of views if you do it as a tier list with a funky title (e.g. first time players rank all the maps - with a lil more clickbait obvs)
These games have very little good content created for them nowadays - you guys are an absolute golden nugget. Appreciate it pals

Huge zombies fan (till BO4) I have binge watched this series and love every part!
I still play on my XB360 just for BOII zombies. Buried and Mob of the Dead are the best Zombies maps, period.
Brings back so many memories!
The story time and little jokes are hilarious 😅
Youll have to deep dive into perma-perks for BOII too…
Been digging watching this series because the algorithm introduced me to y'all. It's been an entertaining drive down memory lane.
Another masterpiece by defend the house
I need Part 5. I actually fully watched part 1-4 without skipping any parts I usually skip parts in long videos but I love this.
I can’t sing the praises of this series enough. Keep it up guys!
Ballistic knives revived when PAP'ed in BO1 too. There's an achievement for it.
I know this series doesn't get as many views as the others, but I'm enjoying it the most! Especially how long the videos are.
something to note in the future: you can't own both versions of the raygun at the same time. if you have the normal raygun you won't get the mark 2 from the box, and if you have the mark 2 you won't get the original from the box. if you want to get the other raygun you need to trade the one you have out for a different weapon before spinning the box.
Still absolutely love this series. The patience you had during this video was quite insane.
Pretty sure enough people pointed this out already but still:
As soon as you damage a crawler it will start to bleed out and die if u dont let him hit you.
Also from now on the shield is one of your best friends, using it is definetly recommended.

You did very good finding things out on your own
I gotta say, I'm loving all of these and Your journey through CoD Zombies.

This video reminds me of old times playing tranzit and getting absoultely destroyed at each different camp, so so burtal man.
You forgot to mention that its in bus depot, box location doesn't really narrow it down XD
I like the mysterious music you play for Easter egg hunters so much that I wish I could listen to it as I work on college stuff.

Me as a zombie lover i lm in love with this good luck on the future maps 🤩
Lovin the videos. To offer some guidance, here are some tips:
-Zombie shield protects your back from getting swiped. Wear it
-In black ops 2, crawlers will die after a time. I usually keep two walkers as the last one will sprint at you.
-I haven’t played in a long time, but I would suggest buying your perks, THEN turning off the power.
Hope that helps
The nostalgia is real
I love the parts where you came up with different names for the Avogadro that get progressively sillier.
I would recommend just running around with a normal zombie if you have things to do around the map, most of the time the zombie won’t really be an issue and you won’t risk the crawler randomly dying.
Gotta be my favorite series on UA-cam right now. Seeing people experience all of this again for the first time is great
With the crawlers, on Black Ops 2, if you hurt a zombie then it will die if you move too far away from it.
I loved Tranzit...
alright, you want sum tranzit lore? here we go.
so for starters, maxis was not happy to find out her daughter was richtofenn. so that end up in a battle where the two dumbass lost in a tie, leaving them underpowered for round 2. so they ask for help to survivors of the moon incident. maxis being a pro to be a electric man, talks to the victis crew through radios with the power of electricity, richtoffen only could comunicate with zombies so it was much harder for someone to listen to him. fortunately, stuhlinger (the white haired guy) was a former member of a group who eats zombies, called the flesh. stuhlinger can hear richtoffen voice because he ate a zombie wich richtoffen was controlling so he and a vast majority of the flesh could hear richtoffen. so the story here is that the victis are powering up some tower wich channels power in either maxis or richtoffen (depends on the route you chose)
why they want power? easy, they need power to control what's basically heaven, agartha. who controls agartha, controls souls, zombies and literally the future of worlds. so if maxis controls agartha. he will punish richtoffen. if richtoffen controls agartha, he will punish maxis
there's a lot more going on but if a say it. it be a spoiler to you guys. but yeah, that was the amazing tranzit lore, in die rise you do pretty much the same thing but with extra suffering.
so yeah, that was tranzit lore
Love the videos! Would also enjoy smaller videos with just one map in the future if you guys wanted to just enjoy and play.
I appreciate this series so much. Always looking forward to next episode gonna be sad when it ends.

I like that you guys could solve the EE just with the two of you. Keep it going !
I am still loving this series, keep up the good work!
Pls keep this series up. So entertaining
From what I remember about the crawlers they have a timer to bleed out but resets when it hits you, also has to do with a pacing thing of the crawler is somewhere where there is no players so the round can continue without having to search for the last zombie
I’m not one to get hyped for UA-cam videos but I have been waiting for this amazing content guys thank you
I remember always trying to get the ballistic knife intentionally.
Love this series. These are the reason I subscribed. Keep it up guys! Youre doing amazing!
That's literally my favourite series on UA-cam rn
Love the series! BO2 introduced double pack-a-punching (kinda) throw your PaP’d gun in again to get a different optic. I really enjoyed doing this for the DSR for iron sights. Also check out perma perks!!!!

I love how you figured out immediately that the SMR and War Machine suck
This is my favorite thing on You tube right now. Much nostalgia!
These videos are always a real treat!! Good idea playing Nuketown first to get a feel of the game.
Once you get to Black Ops 3, you should play "The Giant" map first for the same reason!
These absolute Chads did the Easter egg not only alone, but without perks
You basically have to in the Maxis side, since power is off, granted the Turbine is an option, but given how intermittent it can be, perkless may as well be your option
So much nostalgia, thanks for the walk down memory lane
