- In this video, I will be making an enclosure for my washer and dryer. It can also be used as a table top since it will have a sturdy surface to place items on.

Thank you for this video your the only one I have found that has any actual designs or real builds for a top loader. Everyone I've seen was for front loaders. Great idea and design!! Thank you again! Keep it up 🙂 I'll be modifying slightly to include open compartments on the top because both my washer and dryer controls are on the upper side.

Hi, Jesse, great video. I was spending a big part of my day trying unsuccessfully to find an enclosure like this one ... yours is not only ingenious but its simple good looks make it even better! Now my questions: 1) How much would it cost to build one and 2) do you live near Riverside, CA. I'd love to hire you to make one for me as I live in a co-op situation and no longer have the tools, etc. needed when I lived in my own single family dwelling, plus I'm old now and this enclosure would take me out once and for all! Get back to me, I'm entirely serious and thanks!

How do you deal with the heat from dryer. I wish I could build a similar build because I am tried of dealing with all the lint that goes through our home. I run air filtration system to help we clean our filter in the dryer every time we finish washing we have a new LG front loader machine. The only fear we have is the heat from the dryer it’s electric I am tried of the lint the machines are in family room with no cabinets or doors. Are you keeping your outside?
Hi Lilia, thank you for your comment! Yes, I keep my dryer and washer outdoor. If you don't live in an apartment complex or alike, maybe consider installing a dryer vent through the wall of your home so that the exhaust of the dryer points outside. If excessive heat comes out else where from the exhaust of the dryer, then it could be a problem within the machine. Hope this helps.
If you have the resources … they make ventless dryers also. I think they’re not as fast at drying … but if venting isn’t an option.
