From a toon fan, they done themselves proud got a goal which would have been a great feeling for the fans but what I liked best was they got to sample a full house at St James which would have made it feel like a proper game and we showed them the respect they deserved.

Bromley and your fans left a real impression on the Toon today, incredible support and in hindsight considering we won the game, I am over the moon for you lot that you got a goal (brilliant one at that) to go ahead because the feeling must have been incredible which is what Football is all about. From a Newcastle fan, It’s very rare a team comes to St James Park and really has us shook like Bromley did in that first half, it took a worldy of a goal to break Bromley down, their defence was top draw. Bromley’s goal was also fantastic and so was their away support. In the 2nd half it took a penalty and another worldly to pierce that Bromley back line. Them boys can go back down south with their heads held high, what an effort they give today. Really came for the cup upset and nearly got it. Their gaffa is a brilliant bloke. They have a diamond in Woody and I’m sure he can help them get to the play offs. If they defend like that every week and score goals as good as they did today, they should have no problem what so ever. Hope we meet again Bromley! All the best👏🏼🖤🤍
The buzz of that game is still lasting. It was great travelling back after thinking 18 months ago we were fighting for mid place national league! So we were happy to play a cracking first half and see a good battle in the second half. ❤🎉
As a toon fan, Bromley are better than what their league status suggests that first goal was class good luck in league 2 and ill be rooting for y'all for promotion 🖤🤍

Yous have come along a big distance and hopefully do a Bournemouth or something and get into the prem. woodman is a good bloke and give his all while up here

When Congreve scored I don’t think I’ve ever experienced elation like it at a football match. That moment will live long. Danny Imray was centimetres from 2-0 and that would have been another story! Thank you for making it a such an amazing day.
The game was boring as hell after watching us beat Man U, Spurs and Arsenal away. You guys killed the atmosphere and that’s a compliment, not an insult. I thought Bromley’s defending was brilliant and on the break they showed such character. Your lot gave us a very good game for a League 2 side. I’ll be keeping an eye on your lot as I enjoyed your style of play.
To be honest the away fans are the true fans so after 3 away games on the bounce they probably couldn't afford another game so this FA cup match was full of coperate tossers
